RPM Italian - An unforgettable Vegas Thanksgiving meal. Highlights were the Gorgonzola cured full blood wagyu strip from Beeman Ranch, holiday Turkey plate with dark meat that reminded us of carnitas, and the best Tiramisu of all time with a dark chocolate gelato layer and coffee caramel. by @jamiesilberberg

We back… Had an excellent tasting at Bazaar Mar by Jose Andres. He uses a great mix of experimental and classic dishes in a similar fashion to Bazaar Meats.

The bluefin tuna and fried egg came out on top tonight.
