MONDAY MOTIVATION ⬇️I used to be over 400lbs just a few years ago and the journey of losing this weight has taught me a few lessons that I’d like to share 👇🏽( I did have gynecomastia surgery for my chest after losing quite a bit of weight )Number 1:) Your weight is YOUR fault, stop blaming your upbringing or people around you for why you look the way you look. That was then and this is NOW. The sooner you take responsibility, the sooner you’ll see a change.Number 2:) Water is your best friend. Being hydrated will help you lose weight, have more energy, think clearer, recover faster.I could go all day. Point is, drink up.Number 3:) You can’t outwork a bad diet.Try your best to eat right. Don’t workout just to get nothing from it.These are just a few things that I’ve learned along the way, but the most important thing it takes to really lose the weight is STAYING ACCOUNTABLE and STAYING CONSISTENT.I hope this helps!
