Developing the athlete matters.

Developing the person matters more.

Leadership, accountability, confidence, character… those are the things that carry far beyond the weight room.

Better athletes. Better leaders. Better humans.

Great coaching goes beyond the X’s and O’s.

For parents, look for three things:

1. Are they a strong leader?
2. Are they a great communicator?
3. Do they lead by example?

The right coach doesn’t just tell athletes what excellence looks like, they live it every day.

Honored to be entrusted to lead alongside an incredible team.

Humbled by the opportunity to turn pain into purpose.

Privileged to serve.

Grateful to see my life’s calling unfold before my eyes.

Most importantly, blessed to build something precious, unique and rare with the best friends, leaders and mentors the world has to offer.

Thank you, Lord, for the #ETSFam ❤️🖤 by @jamisonbeulke

Roughly five and a half years ago, @ryanenglebert believed in a raw 23 year old enough to let him open a sports performance facility in a 2,500 SF corner of a thrift store, in Mankato, in the midst of a global pandemic.

To see @ets.mankato.mn grow into an 8,000 SF center for excellence just a few short years later, is a blessing that’s hard to comprehend.

Bringing the ETS mission of providing unmatched sports performance training in a challenging, uplifting environment that takes athletes physical and personal development to the next level, to the Mankato community is the privilege of a lifetime.

To the athletes, families, associations, schools, colleges, clubs and communities we serve, your unwavering commitment, loyalty and resiliency is the fuel that keeps us going. We are honored to serve you, and look forward to continuing our consistent, relentless pursuit of quality and positively impacting youth.

3 Traits of High Performing Athletes

1. Relentlessly Consistent - Whether it’s in-season, off-season, or game day, the best athletes make their physical development a top priority. Skill level is eventually equal, and only the strong, healthy and most athletic survive.

2. Train While Injured - it’s not a matter of “if” an athlete gets injured, it’s often a matter of “when.” Eliminating excuses and collaborative efforts between athletes, families, health care practitioners, and ETS staff are key for successful return to sport outcomes.

3. Lead With Positivity - The best athletes are people magnets who others simply want to be around. Their presence alone amplifies those they come in contact with and their high spirit ensures they never burnout.

The #Uncommon do the simple, hard things many are too lazy or too distracted to follow through on.

Those who drink the water, must never forget who dug the well.

Grateful to serve alongside the best people I know as we build upon the foundation laid by those before us.
