So about last night in South Korea 🇰🇷

✨ Performing on K-gagok Superstar on KBS was an experience I’ll never forget. Singing classically again, after so many years, felt like coming home to my first love.
From going viral in K-pop to standing on a classical stage once more… what a full-circle journey this has been. Truly, it feels meant to be. And the song — isn’t it unbelievably beautiful?

I’ve been singing classically since middle school, and returning to it reminded me of where it all began —
the purity, the discipline, and the emotion that first made me fall in love with music.

The other finalists were incredible — beautiful souls I shared 10 unforgettable days with. I know our connection will last forever.

Heartfelt thanks to Grace Yoo, the entire KBS team,
and sponsor Doo Nam Jae (and all other sponsors) for this incredible opportunity and for taking such good care of us. I’ll carry this memory with me always. ❤️ @kgagoksuperstar @pdjiwon @amazing_gracesy

And of course, it goes without saying…
see you again soon, South Korea. 🙏🏽🇰🇷

This song began my Kpop journey, and I will forever be grateful. @parkhyoshin.official remains the inspiration for my singing Korean music. “Later, when Spring comes; the Spring which will bring you back; then, on that day...I will bloom.” 🙏🏽💜 #kpop #korean #wildflowers #wildflower #cover #art #parkhyoshin #박효신🌳 #박효신 #야생화 #music #musician #vocals #artistsofinstagram #singer #professor #nyu #nyusteinhardt #tenor #love #spring #bloom #soultree

I’m so happy to share this video. Last night I had the honor of being on national television in South Korea, singing a song by my favorite artist, Park Hyo Shin. Life is so good right now. It’s official!! 🙏🏽

My course, The 8 Vocal Coordinations: Your Blueprint for Elite Singing, is coming to the Community College of Baltimore County this Spring 2027, offered through CCBC Continuing Education!

Six weeks. Eight coordinations. Three live masterclasses with me.

Here’s the thing most singers never get told: your instrument isn’t just your voice.. it’s your entire body. Genre is style. Coordination is technique. Gospel, R&B, musical theatre, pop, classical.. the same eight coordinations decide whether your voice works FOR you or against you.

A HUGE thank you to CCBC, and especially Dr. John Delozier, Director of Community Education, and Adrienne Kraus Latanishen, for making this happen!

Baltimore, I’ll see you in January!

And to the schools, conservatories and programs out there: this course is built to travel. If you want it for your students, my inbox is open.

Registration details coming soon. @ccbcmd

Love how I have to pronounce my name WRONG for her to play my song… AND she doesn’t even agree with the wrong pronunciation, yet still plays it. 🤣 First it was Jamie Maple. Then she thinks I’m Hispanic. Jamón Maple = Maple Ham. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA #alexa #jamonmaple #funny #comedy by @jamonmaple
