Seahawks host the 49ers tomorrow on Fox and why not take the 🚁 out and capture this beautiful city in all its glory.

Huge thanks to @heli_driver206 and @atomichelicopters for helping me capture the @12s flag atop the iconic @spaceneedle. @mountrainiernps, we see you shining!

Seattle, let’s have a great time and showcase this beautiful city on the national stage tomorrow night.

Go Hawks

I love meeting new people and telling them… “oh, sometimes I get to do cool stuff. Mostly with GOATS” and then I look like a damn liar.

Because there is NO WAY JOSE, I get to do stuff like document the GOAT and my number 3 in Seattle’s Mt. Rushmore’s flag raising for her statue unveiling and number retirement, while also capturing her iconic smile as she raises a flag atop the @spaceneedle?

Dream big folks, next stop. I need to get a lens filter signed by @sbird10! Sue, what do you say? 😎 by @jamorenopr

Dusk settles over @newcastle.golf fairways, painting the landscape in warm amber while distant mountains glow and a city skyline hints at life beyond the greens.

Football, for those of us not playing, it’s about community and elevating the reach we collectively have.

Today was proof of that. My friend and everyone’s friend, @mariners announcer @rickrizzs was the flag raiser for the @Seahawks game.

I have known Rico since I covered baseball. Always a quality human who cares about kids, players and fans alike.

Seeing our friends from @swirecocacolausa welcome him and honor him was something I feel was a privilege. I was able to take a couple of pictures of him and the crew with my new @leicacamerausa

I also got to see my friend M’s President, Kevin Martinez and business legend, @ingeehawaii.

While making the rounds I ran in to @legallyspeaking08 and may or may not have stolen her fan. “I’m leaving with something!” So I did. Also, got to see @hunanbeef and crew.

At the end of the day Walter had to record the 5th Quarter and I snapped a couple more pictures of that.

Pictured are:
@paul.silvi 🐐 @bigwalt71 @cooperkupp and Murphy, who had a monster of a game.

Football is a tool. It serves many purposes. Mostly, it’s intended to bring us together. The team had 4 turnovers and STILL had a chance to win. That’s the sign of a great team - never giving up - Go Hawks! taken in Lumen Field by @jamorenopr

Huge thanks to @lawrenceofestradia for the invite to Breaking Boundaries Foundation event last night.

Breaking Boundaries Foundation (Dance/Breakdancing): A Washington-based nonprofit (visiting/operating near the Puget Sound area) that empowers youth—particularly disadvantaged children—through the art of breaking (breakdancing), using a martial-arts-style colored shirt progression system and community programs.

To find out more about their efforts, please go to www.bbf.dance

Shoutout to all the youth and the Olympians who showed up and performed. Your talents on display reminded us of the athleticism and skill required to succeed in your discipline and sport.

Thank you again, Larry. Your community efforts match the same level of love you share with your friends and clients!

PS. Great to see my friend @carmenbest and to see @jkearse15 and @iamsrice being auctioned off as a prize. taken in Mopop Seattle by @jamorenopr

University of Washington Huskies fall to the visiting Minnesota Gophers.

Big 10 After Dark got a taste of the @greatestsetting adorned in black and the views didn’t disappoint.

On the football side, Quarterback Drake Lindsey threw three touchdown passes in the first half, while the defense had seven sacks and two interceptions to secure the victory.

Next for the Montlake outfit: USC in Los Angeles.

Go Huskies!

Over the last couple of weeks we been working with @collins_natalie and @budclaryautogroup on a fun campaign for @bigwalt71. Today we took possession of his new truck and I got to try my hand at the Sony FX6 again.

I’m no @jackmurreycreative or @willieshaw but imma start shooting more videos. Let me know if you have any super bowls or champions leagues finals I can try my hand at. Or, just some corporate videos. I need to get more creative and I think this tool will be good. taken in Bud Clary CDJR of Auburn by @jamorenopr

You’ve seen the shot that @uwathletics posted, right? The one with the fireworks at Apple Cup on Sunday?

Guess what? Your favorite “photographer” took that. I even used some fancy @metaglasses to film my process.

Couple of things that made this successful:

1- I only fly @atomichelicopters
2- I only fly with Pilot @heli_driver206
3- Shot on Nikon Z8 with a 24-120mm f4 (this lens is undefeated)
4- recorded on META Glasses which held up amazingly during an open doors 1 hour ride
5- The @greatestsetting is one of Americas best backdrops for a football game

I use “photographer” because I know for a fact I’m not even the best photographer in my friend group. If we are being honest, I’m probably the worst out of all of us.

That’s not to say I don’t try to be respectful of the craft. I watch YouTube and try to learn to use the gear to the best of its abilities. But I also know that I am privileged and honored to be trusted by amazing folks who like my work.

I hope you are able to experience things like this in your life too. Moments that remind you of the fun photography can bring. The thrill of knowing people are counting on you and you are just trying to remember… what would @tedswarren do?

PS. Thanks for the picture, @extrasauce_media
