As the season comes to an end we've been working behind the scenes to bring some new music for 2027 and were super excited to share it with you all!!!

It always been a personal goal of mine to leave something behind for my children to reminisce and boost their self belief knowing that when we focus on our passions, be consistent and push our own boundaries. Nothing is out of reach

I want to thank all the team who have showed up week in week out, brought their creativity, expertise and energy to the table and also everyone who has supported us and been on the journey so far being part of our monthly jams @progresscaribbean , supporting our gigs as a band and all the friendships made in this amazing community!!

A few of us have spent the last few days @mediacityuk and id like to thank the @gobeyondmcr team and @oliarthurwilson for inviting us along.

It has been an amazing opportunity to connect with other creatives and industry professionals on the scene, there's a few collaborations on the horizon so thanks again 🙏

We'l be back on friday the 30th of October for another open jam

Last months Jam @progresscaribbean was a pleasure, lots of new faces brought a different energy to the space. Its always a joy to see what the night brings.

No two nights are ever the same, its all about connecting with new people collaborating and most importantly enjoying yourselves!

Bringing people together and creating a safe space for anyone to express themselves through music is at the heart of what we do.

No judgement, no ego's just pure vibes

A huge thankyou to everyone that came and our special guests @unbelieversofficial

Our next event is on the 30th of October
(Last friday of the month) so get yourself down and see what its all about

Were also working on some new music, sneak peeks on the way... taken in Chorlton, Manchester by @jamzcollective

What an absolute pleasure performing @macmillanrocksuk to raise money for @macmillancancer support. Almost 1 in 2 people are diagnosed with cancer in their life time and as @mcshallar_mcr said during our set. " You are loved and there's always somebody to talk to" dont suffer in silence.

Theres many groups and people around who offer all kinds of support not just with cancer but the general ups and downs that life can throw at you.

The last friday of each month @progresscaribbean we hold an open jam, everyone is welcome so if your feeling down, alone or just want to get out of the house just turn up. One love

This year has been a dream and without the dedication of the team, the support, the sound techs, the organisers, the venues and the community that turns up each and every time it wouldn't be possible.

A Special thankyou to everyone that comes together to make it happen.

Thanks to @progresscaribbean for everything you do for us, being so welcoming and giving us a space each and every month that brings us all together

One love

Our Last open jam was 🔥 🔥 🔥 from start to finish!! Thanks to our special guest of the evening @spirit_town_the_band, your were amazing!! And a very special thankyou to @progresscaribbean for having us month in month out and to everyone that attends and makes it the night that it is.

One thing about our jams and one of the reasons it called Progress Jam not only because of its location but also because there's no judgement here, everyone is welcome whether your a proffesional musician or just starting out. We advocate and encourage people of all abilities to progress in their abilities, build confidence to perform infront of others and bring themselves out of their comfort zone. It's a great place to meet new people, collaborate and be yourself

Thanks to @thanksalotnaomi for the footage

If any individual artists or bands would like a slot at our events feel free to reach out here or d.m @mikehartney

Our next event is on the 25th of September 8 til late
