An Ice Cream and Wine Pairing Experience, atbp 🍧

Join us for a unique sensory afternoon as FR MGMT (@fm_rada) and Pusa’ng Gala Wines (@pusang.galawines ) host an exclusive tasting event. Discover bespoke ice cream flavors crafted by Don Papa Rum (@donpaparum ), alongside a full menu of meryenda and beverage pairings.

To start the year with some gratitude, here’s a 2025 recap from our memorable event at Toka Wine (@tokawine ).

When we started Pusa’ng Gala we have always envisioned a street style concept with Wine and Small Plates to serve. But we did not expect to get this project this early on. We started 6 months ago with so much grit, that our concept would be appreciated. And I cannot thank everyone enough who came to Toka to try our food. Thank you as well to all the friends who we met along the way in every pop up. You are coooool

Lastly, thank you as well to Chef Jason (@__j.bolo ) for cooking with Jana Arias (@janaariass ), creator of Pusa’ng Galawines and sharing their personal memories to create such meaningful menu.
 We are looking forward to the next events lined up for this year. But we are taking things slow to fully get the vision that we want this 2026.
