Where do I start??

I went back a couple of days ago and looked at my briefly considered 2024 goals and realized I hadn't fully accomplished any of them 😆😆 I did, however, make a dent in all of them! I'm not disappointed, I made progress and this year was weird anyway 😜

What I did find when I went back through my year of photos, was there was SO much love, friendship, laughter, fun, new experiences, family, opportunities, growth, and I grew closer to the Lord through it all 🥹🙌

We celebrated my baby girls 16th bday, graduations, baby showers, lots of family and friends birthdays including Cabo for my besties 40th, we had lots of team bonding and parties with our faves, a family reunion up north, Ricky started tackle with our Relentless family and we got to travel to AZ together, girls trip to Harrahs, bday trip to Pechanga, Kim and I began our blessing of a business with Oliveda, we went TP-ing with cousins, my sister got married, lake arrowhead family cabin trip, boys started basketball, Dylans football spring team were the playoff champions and his fall all-star team won the championship, Jeff Lewis show, plenty of Universal Studios trips, began my women's Bible study with my loves, went hiking, concerts, zoo, community events, helped new and past clients for RE, and so much more that I couldn't even fit into this reel 🫶

I'm so blessed for the people God has placed in my life and for the joy I find in Him 🙏🏼 I believe that He has relief, restoration and an abundance of favor coming in this new year for myself, my family, and my loved ones 🙏🏼🙌

Here's to new goals, big moves, great health, deeper connections, more joy, spiritual growth, and a bigger impact all around 🥂

Occupied staging ✨

Not every home needs to be completely emptied to make a BIG difference.

For this one, we worked with many of the homeowner’s existing pieces, edited what was already there, rearranged where needed, and brought in furnishings, art + accessories to pull everything together.

The goal?
Make each space feel intentional and help buyers see the home, not the stuff in it. After the seller’s saw the transformation they wanted to buy it 🙌
