My offerings —

Having evolved in holistic work during the last couple of years, still feeling so fresh and amazed by evolving more and more into the whole — I want to share with you what I do as most of you know me only for my aesthetics which evolved so beautifully with my holistic path — melting into one like a symbiosis - one space — @yae_space which I’m so excited to create and birth in alignment with the energy of Spring - slow, steady, with pure joy, so bare, so vibrantly alive

So, here’s a short overview of what I personally offer regarding holistic work — formed so naturally, lightly and clearly over time

• flexible online journey — The Arise of Consciousness

• ceremonies & workshops — aligning with the natural cycle

• personal 1:1 sessions — harmonizing your holistic being

My tools:
TCM • Aromatherapy • Yoga • Embodied Movement • Somatics • Energy work

I look forward to meeting you somewhere on the path 🤍 by @janafroehlich
