🌟 From a Small-Town Girl to a World Champion 🌟

Today, as I sit here reflecting, I’m overwhelmed with gratitude for this journey. Twenty years ago, I left my hometown in Minas Gerais, Brazil, with nothing but dreams in my heart. I was just a simple girl from a small town, but I dared to dream big.

As a natural bodybuilder competing in the WNBF, my ultimate goal was to become a world champion—and against all odds, I achieved it. The following year, I went even further, winning two gold medals on the same day. It was beyond anything I could have ever imagined.

I’m sharing this to inspire others to chase their dreams, no matter how big or impossible they may seem. You can do anything you set your mind to. Work hard, stay consistent, and most importantly, believe in yourself.

No matter where you start, remember this: dream big. And when you achieve that dream, don’t stop—dream even bigger. Then go after it with everything you’ve got.

I have such a deep love for horses. They can feel our energy, recognize our voices, and remember every act of kindness—just as they remember those who have hurt them.

When I’m riding and we begin to gallop, it feels like I’m flying. It’s a sense of freedom, strength, and peace that is almost impossible to describe. In that moment, there is a silent connection between us: I trust my horse, and my horse trusts me. They feel every movement, sense every emotion, and carry us with incredible strength and gentleness.

I will never understand how anyone could mistreat such a sensitive, intelligent, gentle, and loyal animal. A horse gives us trust, companionship, and love. All they deserve in return is respect, care, protection, and kindness. 🐴🤍

What a beautiful weekend! 🤍🌿

My husband and I spent the weekend in Boothbay. We went boating, visited the Botanical Garden, ate delicious food, and made great memories together.

Throwback to Montana 🤍

From Whitefish to Glacier National Park and beautiful Missoula… what an unforgettable trip. Montana has a kind of beauty that touches your soul — wide open skies, peaceful mountains, and nature that reminds you to slow down and breathe.

So grateful for the laughter, the family moments, and the memories we made celebrating such a special graduation together. The summer memories and love shared will stay with me forever.

Muito trabalho, muita correria, muitas risadas, diversão e memórias que vão ficar pra sempre no meu coração. Vivi tudo intensamente. ❤️

E talvez muita gente não conheça todos os lados de mim…
Eu sou a menina que ama a roça, andar a cavalo, sentir o cheiro da terra e viver coisas simples. Mas também sou a mulher que gosta de se arrumar, colocar um vestido, um salto alto e se sentir linda.

Tenho muitas versões dentro de mim, e todas elas fazem parte de quem eu sou. ✨

Mas acima de tudo… minha família é meu tudo. É meu porto seguro, minha força, minha raiz e a parte mais preciosa da minha vida. 🤍

Mãe, hoje eu só quero agradecer por todo o amor, carinho e dedicação que a senhora sempre teve por nós. A senhora sempre foi um exemplo de força, humildade e amor. Trabalhou costurando, ajudando o papai, cuidando da família e nunca deixou faltar carinho, cuidado e um sorriso no rosto, mesmo nos momentos difíceis.

Eu sou imensamente grata e orgulhosa de ser sua filha. Sou uma pessoa muito feliz e abençoada por ter uma mãe que nos ama tanto e que sempre fez tudo por nós com tanto amor e dedicação.

Ontem foi dia de cavalgada… 🐎✨

Dia de rever amigos, abraçar a família, sentir a energia da roça, a poeira no ar, a música boa e o coração cheio. Um daqueles momentos simples, mas que marcam pra sempre.

Estar com meu pai, meu irmão, vivendo tudo isso juntos… são memórias que não têm preço e que eu vou levar pra vida inteira.

A vida é isso: às vezes a gente precisa parar tudo, desacelerar e fazer o que realmente importa — estar presente, aproveitar cada segundo e agradecer a Deus por tudo.
