Officially beat my weight goal from 6 months ago.🤭 at the time it seemed steep compared to where I started. But believing in myself and staying consistent, disciplined and maybe a little hard headed is what got me there. Body recomp has always been the goal. Maintaining my muscle has been a breeze. Strength is up. Fat is melting off. And honestly I couldn’t be happier. I cheer myself on because if not me, who will ? I am my own motivation, goal and competition.❤️‍🔥 by @janellemxr

First time going for presumably 260 on hack squat. Obviously I didn’t ask for a spot so I had no choice to get it back up or perish under it 🤣 this was my last set I was very pleased. This will be my first set next quad day and go up from there! by @janellemxr

A week of fits in the gym. Because fortunately for me and the way I like to shop, it is a fashion show🤩

Ultraviolet is that girl I love her.

Can you tell what my favorite color is ? ⭐️🌸

Morning workouts are superior because I don’t have to talk to anyone in the gym 😌 me time !

Disclaimer. These aren’t the same leggings as the first picture 😹 down 1lb this week. Now to spend the rest of the weekend in the sun😜 by @janellemxr
