1. Dairy: Y’all gone judge me but there was a point in life where I LOVED a cold glass of milk. Sadly, my fav beverage was aiding in my cystic acne. I stopped drinking milk COMPLETELY, and the results were amazing.

2. Wash Cloth: I cannot stress this enough. Unless you’re changing your wash cloth every single day, you’re just wiping your face with bacteria. I stopped using a wash cloth almost 4 years ago and have been using @cleanskinclub towels ever since. They are possibly my favorite skincare product on the map.

3. Professionals: Yall, I am NOT a skincare expert. I chose to meet with a dermatologist, and I now have an aesthetician (hey @thehuesolution 🥰🥰). I love sharing products and tips, but the real knowledge and education comes from those who actually are certified. Do your research, and find a professional who can really help you.

I was diagnosed with stage zero breast cancer in July 2022. For half a second, I swore my life was over. Like y’all, I thought that was it.

And then, I decided it wasn’t…

The day I found out I had cancer was the day I chose to win this battle, and was intentional about finding ways to make the journey as easy and comfortable as possible.

One of those ways was looking good for all my radiation appointments 😂 cuz one thing about me, ima be cute regardless!

We technically fell in love in Chicago, but the streets of DC held us together for so long 🥹 2 decades of shenanigans, dancing, late nights in the club, and long days of sitting on your couch yapping.

I think you beautifully closed this chapter of your life, and I’m so excited to see what’s next. Also excited that you’re finally closer to me 🥹🥰

I haven’t pre poo’d in a while, and I forgot how much I LOVE it.

The Detangling Nectar by @patternbeauty is my favorite product for detangling. The way it melts into my hair is insane. It makes the whole experience easier and quicker.
