Episode 4: “Catch me if you can”
The Middle-Aged Golf Girl Diaries ⛳️

My biggest fear on the golf course is having a whole queue of players behind me😩🤣
That terrifies me!

But today’s little win 👇🏾
My shots were actually GOOD.
I managed to sneak in some filming without holding anyone up. And most importantly, this round gave me a serious confidence boost playing with a fair few players behind me.

6 Months Hair Transformation | CurrentBody

Six months ago, hormonal changes caused my hair to thin and shed so badly that I cut it all off. I decided to focus entirely on my scalp health, and that’s when I started using the @currentbody LED Hair Growth Helmet.
Just 10 minutes a day has completely turned things around. My hair is growing back thicker, stronger, and healthier than ever.

Want to try it for yourself? Click the link in my bio and use code JANEBUCKSCB to save on your own helmet!

Here’s how my hair improved by using the CurrentBody LED hair mask daily for 6 months:
✨A healthier scalp. No more irritation and itchiness
✨ Less hair falling out when I wash or brush it.
✨The exciting part, my baby hairs!
my hairline is so much better
✨ Fuller, thicker-looking hair with less visible scalp.

I’m tracking my progress and looking forward to sharing the results. Because if there’s one thing we all want, it’s healthy, fuller hair without the stress of excessive shedding!

I needed God 😩🙏🏽| Episode 5 v2

Episode 5: We finally have some progress! Hole 3 was actually a good hole for once, and that tee shot was a thing of beauty. Usually, my ball has a one way ticket to the bushes, but not today! 😭👏🏾

I’m not saying I’ve cracked golf, but let’s just say I’m improving. Celebrating small wins ⛳️❤️

Follow along for Episode 6 😘
