Beltane and 4 years since you left. I gathered violets after the thunder to make a flower essence with. I went to oil before the bath and dropped half my mason jar on the floor so I lathered longer with all the excess and took it as a sign to slow down even more, oil more, let it soak more. by @janessamichellesmith

Taking in the medicine of todays ally’s.

Cleavers for support in letting go/change…big and little things.

Daffodils for joy and ease of growth at the beginning of a new season.

We have a new life coming in, in 2 months and have just found out we need to move in that same month 🙃 nourishing the home within myself and learning self love on a new level.

Cultivating peace amidst a little bit of chaos…grateful for my plant friends 🥰 and wishing you all ease with change. For even when it’s difficult, it’s the catalyst to something new.

I’ve found how much I can either witness or be swept away when things get a little wild. I’m choosing to stand back with a wide angle view.

I felt this mischievous tinge today deciding to choose joy and stillness vs being consumed and stressed about the lack of stability in my environment and finding that I can direct that need to within.

Also crying is great and release is necessary.
