Hey y’all, I’m Janet! A proud Howard University grad now starting my post-grad adventures at the University of Minnesota! Come join me as I figure out this whole “adulting” thing, balancing grad school, becoming a fitness girlie, finding my style, learning how to do my own hair & makeup, and picking up new skills along the way 🫶🏾 It’s never too late to glow up & grow up! 💕 #PostGradAdventures #GradSchoolLife #blackcontentcreator by @janet.johnsonn4

“Give the world the best you have.” – Triumphant Founder Arizona Cleaver Stemons

Thank you, Zeta for giving me the space to grow. Faithful to a duty of making the world a better place. Responsible to a trust, to be community conscious and action oriented. Though my time in Zeta has been short, I’m beyond blessed to have found a forever family in blue and white.

To my Prophytes: thank you for showing me the strength and determination it takes to be a woman of Zeta. Each of you is a beautiful example of what it means to be finer. My love for you all runs deep, and I’ll cherish you forever.

To Cece/Muva: I couldn’t have asked for a better person to bring me in. I know I can always count on you. You love and care for each of us as if we were your own.

To my 21 sisters: I’m Deeply thankful for every one of you. Each of you is so beautiful and unique, and together we are Rooted and ready to take the world by storm. Our sisterhood may be new, but it is forever and for that, I’m truly grateful.

Every late night study session, every exam, every success, every loss. God was there. Every time I questioned myself he reminded me why. All I can say is thank you. Thank you God for every blessing. Thank you Howard for giving a chance on this little girl who’s now a proud alumna. Thank you to the amazing support system that’s been there for me. This is a journey I’ll forever cherish.

What can I say, I’m proof that melanin and molecules make magic. ✨
