My time is Montana is coming to a close (with some pics from my Utah stop on the way here).

Healing through rewriting of the past stories that had left blemishes on my nervous system.
Boating with someone who is sober and is safe.
Hiking on ‘squirrelly’ spots to get to a waterfall. Ruptures and repairs in sisterhood.
Testing my intuition and instinct with two men on a trail who made me consider the perks of encountering a bear instead.
Learning that bear spray is actually important.
Isolating with Mother Nature and remembering my innate roots of animism.
Loving so big it hurts.
Tansy to accompany the bird I held, whose spirit left its body in the palm of my hand.
Laughter and tears all at once.
Remembering unconditional love deeper within myself for myself.
Alpine lakes, glacial lakes, reservoirs, rivers, waterfalls, snow pack, blessed rains.
Memories made.
Bathing and praying in the forest.
Star & Bear connecting.
Stargazing and moon hunting.
Wildfires.
Long days, short nights.
Camping and new friends.

My heart keeps growing. My faith keeps deepening. My trust keeps anchoring. My ability to feel the depths of despair is gratefully increasing which I swear increases my ability to laugh, feel pleasure, and to create.

Dear God, being a human is wild. Thank you.

Going off grid to more deeply weave my soul into the Big Mama Soul, I call her Gaia. I always feel held, seen, inspired, renewed, and connected to something far more powerful than words can describe.

I come into town for supplies, to congregate in community, to strike up conversations with strangers to find their favorite spots.

The peace I get to experience is dotted with days of concern, wondering where I will sleep next. I’m always taken care of and safe, yet I am also dancing in the paradox of the Great Mystery every time I feel the call to change location.

Montana has been a beautiful hug, the people have been outstandingly kind (with handmade gnome gifts), and the land is truly a majesty. The waters are another story. They beg for me to enter. I oblige. I emerge refreshed on a whole other level.

The animals… the mama moose and her baby, the deer families that seem to understand my loving presence and come far nearer to me than I could ask for. The birds, chipmunks, the hood rat bushy tailed wood rats, the dragonflies the size of a human face… all of it is a gift.

I am immersed in the spiritual practice of a lifetime. Creating. Isolation. Release. Earth encompassing. Faith. Devotion. Presence. Chosen family deep dives. Moving through a threshold into the future unknown yet felt in my bones.

Great Spirit as my copilot and the source of internal power that keeps me going, my body as my messenger, my heart as my guide, the dawning light as a gentle wake up call, and the song of Gaia that sings me to sleep.

Up and up I go, deeper and deeper I go, further and further I go… always leading back to here. Now.

Spring in Colorado, I bounced around Boulder, Denver, and surrounding areas.

I met community and made new friends. I connected with old friends. I was surrounded by elders who shared their wisdom and love. I sang in circles, I supported, I was seen, I flirted, I danced, I remembered what it’s like to live.

I remembered the power of my voice, my rage, my grounded nature. I received honest reflections, feedback, and resistance. I got to face fears that had once stunted my full expression.

My journey has been an intentional opening of my nervous system after years of hyper vigilance. I feel I can breathe now, celebrate, bask, and honor the pace I’m moving.

No longer in the hustle culture, nor the freak out phase of how I’m going to make enough money, I have completely surrendered into the flow of Now and the flow of my creative heart.

Amidst traveling and connecting deeply with the lands, I’m birthing a massive creative project. This project is being blessed by the waters, the winds, the trees, the animals, and all the guardians of goodness whose energies move through my body and fuel my creativity.

Paused on Colorado to explore Montana and Idaho. The lands called. I listened. I am definitely receiving codes and activations to make the ride of my life so much more dynamic.

Outsourcing Source is what dilutes your light.

Diminishing your power of discernment, replacing your truth with someone else’s.

Asking AI the meaning of life when you’re too ashamed to look in the mirror… which is reflecting the meaning of life right back atcha.

Forgetting how to go into Nature and listen for the whisper of the wind to guide you back to the truth and majesty of your own breath. This is Source.

Listening to your body and truly understanding what it needs and wants, boycotting the bandwagon of the one-size-fits-all narrative that vegan/keto/paleo/whatever is the only way.

You are the way. It’s your higher knowing. Follow guidance as needed.

Going into a dark room and searching for the light switch. If someone always does it for you, you never learn that you can turn on the light yourself.

If someone guides you to the light switch, you learn where it is and turn the light on yourself.

Stop believing that others are here to tell you what you already know within.

You just gotta pause, listen, and feel.

Do not outsource Source.

What element are you? What is your sign? What tiny bit of the One do you identify with? And do you forget that you’re the rest of it too?

Identifying with the parts to more deeply understand the whole is vastly different from identifying with parts to stay small, separate, and othered.

The othering can come through such sneaky ways.

Notice if your teacher, guru, or whoever you put on a pedestal is othering.

If so, they’re behind on the times and are sharing messages of a frequency that is not the harmonics of what you may call heaven. Or peace. Or love.

It’s a backhanded way to illicit unconscious judgment.

You are the One, whole and full of all the elements, the planetary bodies, infinite consciousness. And you’re finite in form, distracted and forgetful.

I’m just here to remind you, to be a mirror, and guide you back to a truth that you feel in your bones.

Spectacular moments are in the simple moments for me.

Moments shared, stories shared, laughs shared, tears shared, connecting in the most simple ways touch me so deeply.

The joy in this child as she grinned with her missing tooth, waiting for me to notice. Once I saw her new smile, we both exclaimed. Pure joy all around.

Her happiness to share her monumental moment created a monumental moment for me. Her exuberance in telling me what would happen next, where she’ll put the tooth, what she will receive from the Fairy of Teeth.

We chatted about what that Fairy does with all the collected teeth, which apparently she makes clothing out of teeth, lives in tooth houses, wears tooth jewelry… the imagination conversation also made my day.

Sunsets are spectacular for me. The deer on my hike make my life spectacular. Getting a call from a friend is spectacular. Hugs, real hugs, are epically spectacular.

These make a spectacle of my life, the moments I want to look back upon, over and over again, because of the love I felt in those moments. Moments that add a sparkle, glistening in my memory.

No fancy AI, or program to click on, no deep agenda. Just a share of a simple joy that impacted my heart in a very dear, very real way.

Relating with Energy is Thursday, May 7 at 12:00 pm EST.

We’re in a cosmic upheaval, 10 consecutive days of galactic activation portal days, and the collective consciousness is splitting.

Our individual and collective root is shifting and I need to share about it.

Yeah, right? Audio is not good cause the wind.

The wind.

I left IN and 30 min into my drive the winds picked up.

Jostling the Moose (my van)

Pushing me around.

Intensifying when I entered IL and became downright scary in MO and KS was next level with additional wind advisories.

Added rain and construction with narrowed lanes and semis who were also focused on staying in their lane.

Wind spirit had me holding on to the wheel for my life.

Steering wheel of my life.

Navigating my nervous system. I didn’t fry out. I stayed calm.

Wind Spirit tested me. Seeing if I am truly ready for what’s ahead.
Can I handle it all? The joy, the delight, the rage, the chaos?
And can I stay calm, clear, and steady on my path?

I say yes, I can and am. I have trained for this.

I am strong in body, mind, and soul. I’ve deepened, I’ve expanded, I’ve released. The year of the horse is mine to ride, Devotion as my steed.

The planets are aligned in my favor.

Ok. So they weren’t giant. But they were to me!

But on the for real for real…

I had been in prayer this morning, contemplating an action of my heart.

I took the action and asked for a sign.

I got one. I got more than one.

Confirmation station.

Olive branch extended. I took the high road through authentic, vulnerable, and humble action.

I took a stand for peace where I once would have let it burn.
