I'm officially a 200-Registered Yoga Teacher!!Under big blue skies and Joshua trees, I became a yoga teacher 🌵 I came to yoga looking for a workout and left finding my soul. Struggle asked me to survive and I did, even on the days I wasn’t sure I could. Healing asked me to be honest about how hard it really was. Growth asked me to keep going even when the finish line felt invisible. Yoga asked me to stop looking for the finish line altogether and just be here, in this body, in this breath, in this beautiful, hard, precious life. I can’t wait to share my journey, my knowledge, and the next chapter of everything I am stepping into.
