🎉🎉🎉HAPPY RELEASE DAY TO MY BOOK BABY!!!🥲 Who knew that when I told my husband in 2017 that I might try writing a book it would turn into this? This is now my sixth romance!!!

The Love Feud is a second chance romance and the third in my Love is in the Air series. This one features the youngest sister, Hailey. When she's forced to work with her (secret) ex-boyfriend in putting together a local hot-air balloon festival, she comes up with a social media plan that will draw attention and also keep Ryland at arm's length. But fake hating one's ex isn't as easy as it sounds. And soon neither one can deny that the chemistry between them is re-igniting and blazing hotter than before.

It's our fall tradition! Yesterday my husband and I did the corn maze by Smith Rock. It was a gorgeous day and it was nice to get out and do something that was just for fun. My brain has been so tired lately that I just feel it turning into mush 🥲 which isn't great when you're trying to draft a new story. If I could get actual brain help for 5 cents, I'd be in. But yesterday was really fun and I want to enjoy the nice fall weather while it lasts. 🥰 by @janineamesta

I always wonder if people have favorite lines like I do when reading my book. I'm very nosy 👀 so please tell me if you do. This is one of my favorite exchanges in Wildfires. Yeah, I wrote it but it absolutely makes me want to melt 🥰 🥰🥰
Awwww, I love it. If you haven't read my grumpy sunshine, you absolutely should. I'm only about 800 pages from hitting 5000 page reads which would be a record for me!

The hardest thing in the world for an indie author might be getting people to give you a chance and pick up your story to read. The next hardest thing is getting reviews. Currently, Wildfires only has 9 reviews on Amazon, 38 reviews on Goodreads, and a few reviews everywhere else. I literally have not stopped thinking about Logan and River from Love in the Time of Wildfires by @janineamesta

And when I saw this mural walking around yesterday, it was serendipity ❤️

This book is full of the quiet love that you choose after heartbreak and days of gray skies, and the knowing yourself that comes with growing up, but life still has the ability to surprise you if you open yourself up to new - people, perspectives, and experiences.

Also, spice is amazing (and it's there!), but also have you tried a book where the main characters give really, really good hugs?!

HAVE YOU SEEN THIS?!?!! @keylicity made this adorable doodle of Logan and River from Love in the Time of Wildfires and I'm 😭😭😭 This might be the cutest thing I've ever seen and now I want it everywhere. I already made myself a sticker so I can put it on my laptop. 🤩 Many, many thanks and appreciation to the artist who's totally made my whole month with such kindness. I adore it!💕
