The Reel Reel. “Sixteen carriages drivin’ away While I watch them ride with my fears away To the summer sunset on a holy night On a long back road, all the tears I fight Sixteen carriages drivin’ away While I watch them ride with my fears away To the summer sunset on a holy night On a long back road, all the tears I fight” - Beyonce Fight for your dreams. Share your gift(s). And still, somehow, find balance. Thank you to @brettrenville for your expertise and perseverance. Thank you to @galenhooks and @thegalenhooksmethod for your encouragement and Kind Eyes. Thank you to @awakeningvibration and @kmcbrooklyn for your guidance. Thank you to all my coaches, especially @thegalenhooksmethod @delyanterziev @ariaballroom @misha_randelovic @gunnargunnarsson8 @tictock1.0 @johnfreddynarvaez_ @sazondanceevents, for your guidance and patience. Thank you to all my partners and teachers, especially @peterkbg and hubby @0riono for your trust and…again…expertise, patience…patience…and perseverance. Thank you to my collaborators @hairstream.tv @ilijaristich @nowyouseemenyc @aidadanceusa @petrosyandesigns @face_style_studio @crazyguy1398 @shari_lp @careybentley_ @marshaymitchell @dakotadances97 @theadeamichelle @grandarmybar @btsarnas @theflatironroom_nomad and more. Thank you to all my inspirations - too many to list. Thank you to my family and friends who support me no matter what. Life is a funny thing. Only when you’re close to losing it you realize that you should just go for it - truly. No matter what may be. They say to count your blessings, but that seems quite negative to me. Instead I’ve found that just saying thanks - every time you’re thankful - and finding reasons to be thankful even when enduring pain - is more fruitful than chastising yourself to be grateful. After 17+ years of dancing, and having so many ups and downs throughout, while I also pursue other facets of life’s necessities and gifts, I’ve realized that the simple pursuit of my dreams and enjoyment of life is the true gift. Of course achieving my dreams will be magical. But most importantly, the friendships and relationships and lessons I’ve learned along the way are what give me life. by @janinekroffle
