Ushering 2020 with my first buzzcut @hairfactorstudio by @janiqueel

In the vortex where 𝘦𝘭𝘦𝘨𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘦, 𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘺𝘧𝘶𝘭𝘯𝘦𝘴𝘴, 𝘴𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘺, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘮𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘺 meet is the boudoir photo style that I strive for when posing. Hitting that sweet spot with makeup, wardrobe, and body language is the goal for me and the photographer.

I want the photos to reflect my unique individuality. Some feel that boudoir should be edgy and sexual. Go with it! For me, though, it is the use of subtle cues that show empowerment, ambition, and drive, in an unapologetic and unashamed way. Starting a conversation around those traits while challenging the ordinary is what I’m all about.

Is @epsomcollegemy really worth it? 👀 I went in curious, wanting to see what makes this school stand out — and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised! ✨

🌿 First impressions? The campus! 50 acres of lush greenery, open spaces and a peaceful environment. It really feels like a traditional British boarding school — and it is! Epsom Malaysia is the sister school of Epsom College UK, with a heritage dating back to 1855. 🇬🇧

🎾 The sports facilities blew me away! Mouratoglou Tennis Academy, LALIGA Football and GOLFZON Golf Academy — so many opportunities for kids to explore their interests and develop beyond academics. 🤯

🏡 One thing that really reassured me was the boarding experience. It felt cosy and welcoming, and knowing that the houseparents actually live on-site gave me extra peace of mind. The focus on pastoral care is such an important plus when considering boarding school.

Honestly, choosing a school is about so much more than just academics. It’s about finding a place where children can learn, grow, discover their passions and feel cared for.

If you’re also curious about Epsom College Malaysia, come find out more at their Singapore Parent Evening! ❤️

📍 PARKROYAL on Beach Road, Grand Ballroom 3 📅 Tuesday 17 November, 6PM 🔗 Register at @epsomcollegemy

Would you consider weekday boarding for your child? I’d love to hear your thoughts! 👇

Skincare that doesn't cut corners — or waste them. 🌾✨

Meet HAKOME by @umabi_sg — Japanese rice fermentation skincare made from ingredients most brands would throw away. Unmarketable produce, rice byproducts, sake kasu (fermented rice lees). umabi transforms what the food industry considers "waste" into deeply hydrating, barrier-loving formulas. Made in Japan. 95%+ naturally derived. Vegan. Patch-tested.

Even the packaging tells the story — full-size bottles wrapped in kome-kami (paper upcycled from inedible rice), and minis made with sugarcane bagasse paper. Zero unnecessary plastic, maximum intention. ♻️🍃

Summer style for little guys, sorted! 🌊☀️

Obsessed with @chateaudesable's Amore collection. The seersucker roll-up sleeve shirt and Essentials shorts are airy, striped and made for play. For cooler evenings, the V-neck cardigan in a cotton cashmere blend adds a soft, elegant layer.

From family dinner to playground to birthday parties, it all just works. Italian summer vibes, with room to run. 💛

I came for the Hadokens and stayed for the pure, unapologetic chaos. 🔥👊

#StreetFighter is the arcade-fever dream we've been waiting 30 years for! Set in 1993, it throws Ryu, Ken and Chun-Li into the World Warrior Tournament, and it never stops swinging. The fights hit HARD, the energy is ridiculous in the best way, and the film fully leans into its over-the-top silliness instead of apologising for it. Jason Momoa as Blanka? Cody Rhodes as Guile? 50 Cent as Balrog? Yes, yes and YES. 🙌

It's loud, it's nostalgic, and it's the most fun I've had in a cinema all year. Grab your friends and go see it on the biggest screen you can find! 🎮🍿

Which fighter are you picking? 👇
