When I picked up a pickleball paddle last summer, I felt was annoyance. I hated the name of this game, and that's all I could think about. *why would I play a game with the word pickle in it.*

Cut to: I'm having the most fun of my entire life. I'm in the best shape of my life. I'm making deep and meaningful friendships in this community. I've found something that I wake up and want to do every day.

Is it an addiction? Heck yeah it is. Can addictions be good? Apparently, yes. And I can think of worse ones.

If you're not doing ANY other yoga, at least implement these in your cool down.

Most injuries occur when we are not warming up and cooling down properly.

Our buyers were deciding between Athens and the Atlanta area for their next chapter, and once they found this home, Athens won!
