A visit to Fortnum & Mason seeing Charles Makesey’s collaboration for his new book and so many quotes so resonated with me.

When was the last time something made you stop, appreciate yourself and truly celebrate how far you have come?
Recently, I was given the most wonderful opportunity to be a part of an inspiring project - 50-Over-50’s, celebrating women in their 50’s, 60’s, 70’s and beyond.
Created by Divine Divas - Boudoir Sessions in Bath, the project's mission was to uplift and empower every woman. The mum who feels she has lost herself, the nurse who works every hour God sends, the friend who never puts herself first, the sister who has always put herself down, the aunt who has finally realised how strong she really truly is … Every woman has a story to tell.
Beauty doesn’t fade with age, it evolves. It’s not something to fear, but something to embrace. Every scar, every line, every so-called flaw tells part of who we are. We are all perfectly imperfect and that’s where our beauty lies.
