feeling like a leaf lately.
going wherever the wind takes me,

“dati, sana makarating.”
ngayon, “buti na lang dumating.”🤍

this was supposed to be a sudden trip to baguio—nothing too planned, nothing too grand.

but maybe that’s what made it special.

for the longest time, i only knew baguio through television screens, photographs, and the lenses of other people. i remember looking at those views and quietly thinking, “sana makapunta rin ako dito someday.”🙏🏻

and somehow, that someday finally came.

i found myself standing in places i once only saw through a screen, breathing in the cold air i used to imagine, and making memories in a place that once felt so far away. 🥺

more than just a trip, this reminded me that sometimes, you don’t need to have everything figured out before taking a step.

sometimes, you just need to go. ☁️

to pause.
to breathe.
to wander.
to feel alive again.

and maybe that’s why this trip meant so much. 🍃

because somewhere between the quiet moments, the cold breeze, and the places i finally got to see for myself, i realized.

i was no longer wishing to be here.
i was actually here.

and maybe someday, i’ll look back at these videos and remember this as one of those moments when life quietly reminded me that there are still beautiful places waiting for me. 🫧

maybe healing isn’t always quiet. sometimes, it looks like getting lost, laughing too much, taking silly videos, and having someone beside you to share it all with. 🍃🤍 taken in Baguio City by @jansenchez
