ICF Ocean Racing World Championships 2026 🇪🇸✅

Se termina la temporada en la que mi cabeza ha jugado la versión más negativa… 🧠 falta de confianza y de creer. Nos vamos con un séptimo puesto de la general y con la sensación de haber tomado malas decisiones durante la regata… pero este deporte es así, y seguimos aprendiendo cada día.

Gracias @jorrgevila por esa carrera de SS2, por confiar en mí y no dejar que tirara la toalla 🫡

Mezz’ora di macchina per arrivare ai laghi.
Navigatore impostato per evitare il traffico, musica accesa e si parte.

Una volta arrivata: spogliatoio, attrezzatura, capelli raccolti, orologio, mobilità e finalmente acqua.
Oggi il programma era semplice: due giri del lago, circa 8 km di aerobico tranquillo.

Poi c’è la parte meno cinematografica: rientrare, lavare la barca, asciugarsi, cambiarsi e tornare a casa.

Una normale mattina di allenamento. Che normale, forse, lo è solo per me.

მსოფლიო ჩემპიონობა მხოლოდ ოქროს მედლის მოპოვება არ არის. ეს ათასობით ვარჯიშის, სირთულეების გადალახვისა და ბოლო მეტრამდე ბრძოლის შედეგია.
