This stage was fairly technical 3 hits per target, a lot of blending and a swinger at the end. Definitely a few mistakes in this video but there is a glaring one. Can you spot it? #canik #rivals #uspsa by @japelfrey
"Sit down kids and let me tell you a tale, about a reasonable man driven to do unreasonable things. From notes left behind after his passing: "I was always willing to be reasonable until I had to be unreasonable. Sometimes reasonable men must do unreasonable things." When injustice becomes the law, resistance becomes duty. ". - Anonymous #killdozer by @japelfrey
Another fun burner stage from the match. #canik #rivals #uspsa by @japelfrey
Some good, some bad today..this one was alright Squad Vibes 💪 > Individual Performance #canik #rivals by @japelfrey
The squad vibes were still hot even on this brisk Fall day... My first stage started off like this..👀😳🤯🤔 I definitely need to add a lot more barrel starts to my training, I knew my grip wasn't right and just tried to flow through the stage. Taking the time to ensure it was proper would have saved a lot of fuckery. This is pretty much how my whole day went but any day sending lead down range is better than a moderately okay day doing anything else. #theTribeProvides #canik #rivals #uspsa by @japelfrey
Had the most adorable RO's this evening. This one, I refer to her as Nitroglycerin, a lot in a lil package 😂 she is a tough but fair RO and will short beep you for fun and then flex on you if you say something 🤣🤣 by @japelfrey
Hard to believe it's almost been a year... Sometimes I think about all the crazy things I had on my plate while pursuing this PhD. Still not an ounce of regret, some of the best things in life are on the other side of fear and acclimating yourself to the uncomfortable. #VFL #UTK #doctor #gobigorange🍊 by @japelfrey
The squad vibes were high AF today even with the wind and Fall making itself known... There was a calmness today..I was able to lock in for the first time in weeks and pulled my best match performance EVER at a USPSA match. 22 overall and 10th in CO..#canik #rivals #uspsa by @japelfrey

Today was the last send off for you Brother.. Coming on the heels of Mom's 2nd year since cancer took her out of nowhere (10/16/24). I have no doubt she was one of the first to meet you, hug you and anxious to hear some stories while showing gratitude for being a pillar in this amazing tribe I've been blessed to find and become a part of. Thank you for bringing me into the fold, for the knowledge transfer, getting to see you shine, watching your process up close is something I will forever appreciate and being a poorly paid cameraman. 😂🤣 One month later and the void is as strong as the first match and your last stage without you. I haven't really been able to lock in at matches, it's been tough. I was thinking of a good way to bridge this void and honor you at the same time, I'm gonna wear the yellow Invicta at matches only. 🫡💪 What a tremendous honor it is to live a life that leaves that kind of void, it's a reflection of how deeply you were loved and how much you mattered. "There are some who bring a light so great to this world that even after they've gone, the light remains. 🔥 #untilvalhalla by @japelfrey
They will never know how many times their smiles and cuddles fixed a day, I didn't know was broken. 🧡🧡🧡 by @japelfrey
