09.21.2025 The hottest Berlin Marathon ever 🌡️🔥 29°C / 85°F, 70% humidity. Not the race we imagined (05:38:50/52 official) but one that proved grit, patience, and teamwork. Honored to pace Kris on her first marathon 🏃‍♀️❤️ and share the streets with runners worldwide 🌍 and my NYC Dragons family & friends 🐉💪. As you can see in the pics and videos, it was tough but so much fun… smiles, sweat, and memories that made us Berlin Legends! ✨

Proud to run for the @organizationforautismresearch team again. They do so much for families like ours. Please consider donating to such a great cause @runforautism

09.19.27 Bronx 10 Mile Race. One of the best races with @nyrr
Always a fun time… great vibes!! @nyc_dragons was out!🔥🐉

Got a PR!
Got up to Coral B (thanks @alessandra.eva ) 🙌

Knee is feeling great. Was miserable running this last year with my knee issues before surgery and PT. The comeback is always better than the setback!
Cant thank @oliviagreg enough 🙌🫶

Next goal is the sub 3:30 marathon I have been chasing since last year. Last attempt was at the @nycmarathon (4:29 and got injured bad) and the closest was at the @jerseycity.marathon (3:44). Who knows… will go for it at the @philly_marathon and whatever happens happens!

Such a fun dad-daughter date with my girl 😊 Concert was EPIC. We sang our hearts out all night!

Got to hang with Kev and Naf too before Kev heads off to run the @sydney_marathon . Good music, great company, even better memories ❤️

A haircut is one thing, but having a beard that’s shaped specifically for your face is a whole different experience. I never realized how much of a difference it could make until now. The right shape brings out your features, balances everything, and changes your whole look without looking overdone.

What stood out the most was how much thought went into every little detail. Nothing felt rushed or cookie-cutter. Liz is incredibly meticulous, and you can tell she genuinely cares about getting it right.

If you’re in NYC and tired of leaving the barbershop with the same haircut everyone else has, go see @74savant_ . She’ll show you why the details matter.

08.02.26 The BKLYN Mile. PR wooohoooo 🏆🥳
What a fun day! It’s been 2 years since I raced a mile distance due to my knee injuries. AI said I had less than 5% chance of hitting my sub 6 goal which added to my nerves all the way up the second I hit the start line. Happy I was able to hit sub 6 finally. My boy @vinny.lo did as well🎊! Everyone, especially the @nyc_dragons 🔥🐉 crushed it. Thanks for the pep talk before we started Hector! Cant wait to do this again next year!

Figured I’d honor Martha the only way I know how. 😂 Congrats on another 100-miler @marthamoveznyc . 101.25 miles technically, still smiling. That’s impressive. Thats my running idol! Thanks for letting me crew

06.06.26 First solo HYROX ✅

Hot day, felt like I was a bomb 💣 and about to blow up 💥 with that heat 🥵 … still, got it done. Not sure I’ll be doing another solo anytime soon 🤔… marathon training is the priority now.

Shoutout to NYC Dragons for the support. Congrats to all the finishers, especially @ber2g , @finisher928 , @andre4kplus , @papi_shampoo_46 , & @superdopemin .. all completing their first solo HYROX races 🙌👊. Kris and the kids followed me around for two weeks all over…
real MVPs! ❤️🫶
