A little flower shop trip, a little creativity, and a lot of love 🌸

There’s something special about choosing flowers while thinking about someone you love.

Somehow, it always becomes more than just a Bridal bouquet 💐🤍👰🏽‍♀️✨

Your body knew the dandelion
before you ever did.
For thousands of years humans grew it.
Our ancestors ate its leaves & drank its flower tea.

One generation decided it didn’t matter.
And we spray it with poison now.

A plant that outlived empires.
And we called it a weed.

The dandelion never changed.
We just stopped looking.

Now that you know, ready to the antioxidant dandelion tea? by @jardin.eg

We don’t just take care of plants.

Nature takes care of us.
Without being asked.
Without us even noticing.

The air we breathe.
The food that sustains us.

The moments that calm us for no reason.

All of it came from a plant 🌱✨ by @jardin.eg

5 Easy Tips for Summer Microgreens 🌱☀️

1. Pick greens that love the heat – like basil or sunflower
2. Water gently every day – just enough to keep them moist
3. Keep them in a breezy spot – air helps prevent mold
4. Harvest when they’re short and fresh – don’t wait too long
5. Avoid strong sun – bright shade is best

Think of it as skincare—for your plants. But why?

1. Better Photosynthesis:
Dust blocks sunlight—clean leaves absorb more light, which means more energy for your plant.

2. Improved Air Quality:
Clean leaves breathe better, helping your plant filter the air more effectively.

3. Pest Prevention:
Dust can attract pests and create hiding spots. A clean leaf is a less inviting home!

4. Health Check Time:
Wiping leaves helps you spot early signs of pests, diseases, or damage.

5. They Just Look Better:
Shiny, dust-free leaves = fresh, happy vibes for your space and your feed.

✌️Pro Tip:
Use a damp microfiber cloth or a super soft sponge to gently wipe the leaves—no harsh rubbing, just a loving swipe. For fuzzy leaves (like African violets), skip the water and use a soft brush or makeup brush to flick off dust.

✨Bonus: Add a drop of neem oil or diluted natural soap for a gentle clean and pest protection. by @jardin.eg
