Got another bathroom done, on to a big kitchen remodel. by @jared__grant

Glad to be done with this one. Very challenging, long process. This was started by another contractor, he demoed, and started the first stages, got paid and left with so much more to do. So I had to come in behind to fix and finish what I was left with. 🤦🤦 by @jared__grant

Peace(4-5?) and Sarah(6?), sisters
Mom’s dead, (month after birth) dad is a homeless drunk. Uncle started to raise them and slave driving them and beating them. Nalubangas grandma found them and started to raise them.
Joy(5?) and Philip(6?), brother and sister.
Both parents died in car accident. No one knows where the rest of the family members are.

Mark(6?)Peter(7-8?) and Rebecca(5?)
brothers and sister.
Their mother’s name is Joyce, she comes and goes and helps out with all the kids. But has some mental disabilities/ past trauma and doesn’t talk, very small talk. Unknown past of her and kids, she only cries when asked about the kids past or who the father is…

Isaac(10-11?)
Found by a woman, the women brought him to Nalubanga and left, she found him living on the streets with bad open wounds, collecting recycling. Very quiet

Joel(7-8?),
Mom and dad were witch doctors, bringing a lot of demonic and evil spirits. The locals were angry with them, a local lost his young son, blamed it on Joel’s parents, and also have property conflicts. The angry man got gas and burned their house down, Joel was at his aunts house while this happened. His parents were badly injured in the fire, they were rescued out of the fire but a few days later both died in the hospital.

Mary(4),
Parents were very old, had 7 kids, Mary is the youngest. All of their kids died before they turned 2. When Mary turned 2 her dad died having diabetes. The very old mom couldn’t keep Mary, brought her to a family member and the mom died shortly after from a disease. At the burial the women brought Mary with her, but didn’t want to take her back, left her with different family, and from there Nalubanga got her from that family. Wanjala and Nalubanga want to change her name from Mary to Blessing, because of her story and that she is the only one of her siblings that survived.

Douglas(6-7?) and Nicolas(4-5?) brothers,
They were Dumped at Nalubangas grandmas house. They were brought by a woman, she asked for the grandma to watch them for 3 days and she would come back. The grandma raised them for 6 months never heard from the women again. Now they are with Nalubanga….more in comments by @jared__grant

A handful of the people that see this will know, and many won’t, but I have an orphanage I oversee in Africa, I try to not bother anyone in asking for help, it’s been a few years since I’ve updated anyone on social media about this. But I wanted to come on here for a few days starting today, to ask if anyone is willing to donate to them, as you can see they could really use some new clothes and some other things, depending on how much is raised in these fees days depends what we can get. Due to a recent hospital visit for the baby Anthony, we don’t have any extra $ for all their needs. Whether it’s $5 or $100 it is very much needed, whether it’s a one time, a weekly, or monthly amount, it’s all very cherished. So happy to be done, it took way to long. Replaced 8 windows, Replaced some siding, a bunch new trim. So much caulking! I think it was like 32 tubes of Sika flex. 38 gallons of red, 11 gallons of white, 5 gallons of primer by @jared__grant

Courageous men still die because the truth of the gospel. Evil men have been killing Christians for 2,000 years because of the gospel, and even long before that, killing innocent people while mocking God. What recently happened was nothing less than a martyr. The same reason they killed John the Baptist, Peter, James, Matthew, Mark, Stephen, Paul, even Jesus and many more still around the world. Satan hates the gospel of Jesus Christ. Evil people rejoiced at each of these murders, Evil people have been rejoicing over the death of good men for a long time, and will always continue to, Jesus tells us this in the last days. Demons have flooded the political field, now what seems political is actually spiritual. Transgender ideology is demonic, one of satans first tactics is to question your identity. When your identity is not in Jesus Christ, you are easily tossed to and fro by the enemy, taking you wherever he wants you to go. This is why it’s important to have Jesus be our anchor, the author and finisher of our faith and the anchor of our hope. God loves the transgender person, enough to die for them, but hates the sin and rebellion. Our nation is divided more then we’ve ever seen, good verse evil. When the evil kill a good man the evil rejoices, but the courageous men and women stand up, and get bolder for their faith, trying to carry the baton. Trying to silence one voice causes an uproar and a wave of revival over Gods people. We are seeing a shift, and A TURNING POINT in a lot of people lives, all over our nation and to the ends of the earth. The churches got flooded with all walks of people feeling the pull and the urge to get right with God. Jesus is Lord, he loves the world so much that he died for it, the Martyrs we know and loved, loved the world, they counted it as joy to have be killed for Christs sake. Charlie Kirk you will be greatly greatly missed, no doubt in my mind where he went, and no doubt what he heard,” well done my good and faithful.” No one can ever fill his seat the same, he was highly gifted, bold and courageous. Before, during and afters of the hallway office remodel. Took me a lot longer than expected, but I was happy how everything turned out. Started December 27- February 4th. I worked 35 of the 40 days. And a total of 269 hours. (26 of the hours were help). So so happy to be done it was a huge blessing of a job, got to meet some great people, and it opened the door for so many more new jobs in the near future. God is Great and has always been so faithful. by @jared__grant

Hey everyone, I have made a new go fund me page for the kids in Uganda. With everyone’s help we have been able to buy them a beautiful 10 acres, we now have to raise money to build them a home and finish building them a bathroom. I got the honor to do a remodel for a friend, changing his garage into an ADU ( accessory dwelling unit). From a garage to a fully livable studio that he can now legally rent out. It was a long process, waiting on materials and waiting on the city. I got to do some things I’d never done before. But the cool thing was, it was my first job I got to general. I did most of the work, but subbed out a few things like, plumbing, HVAC, and the full shower. Hope you enjoy, I could only add 10 pictures on here but will posting more on my story. by @jared__grant
