I believe my exact words were, “Originally I just wanted to make a movie where people are f*cking while they’re on their phones.”
It got a big laugh but I’ve never been good at reading the room. Thank you @healdsburgfilmfest ! by @jarednwright

A quick visual re-cap of the Healdsburg International Short Film Festival @healdsburgfilmfest ! What an incredible time. #INTIMACY played extremely well; lots of laughs and gasps from the packed house. Hope to be back next year! by @jarednwright

LOCAL FRIENDS! The award winning short #INTIMACY is playing at the Raven Theater in Healdsburg tonight at 7:00 as part of The Healdsburg International Short Film Festival!@healdsburgfilmfest
I’m excited to be playing locally this time! ❤️ by @jarednwright

The original opening shot to #RELATIONSHIPGOALS was so sick! Sean & Eric & I worked so hard on creating a perfect 180 degree shot on no budget and without cutting. It was a single, 3 minute shot, which ultimately wasn’t going to work in an 8 minute film. Plus, that was before we sound proofed the room so the dialogue had an echo and we had to ADR it all. Ultimately we trimmed the dialogue, reshot the scene, and it turned out beautifully but, I still love this shot. ❤️

Honored that the two shows I did last year were both nominated for an Outstanding Ensemble award. The first two; THE CHRISTIANS and THE HOMECOMING. There’s nothing like live theatre! by @jarednwright

Recently I had the honor of filming interviews at the Museum of Sonoma County for the new Running Fence exhibit. It’s the 50th anniversary of the Christo masterpiece. It was moving to hear stories from people who worked on the massive piece. by @jarednwright

Thank you @northhollywoodcinefest for having #INTIMACY as part of 2026! The turnout was amazing and the films were wonderful. So happy that @ryanpmcguffey and @kelseycorbin came out to show some love. Hope to be back next year! by @jarednwright

Playing through April 26th from Cinnabar Theater at SSU. THE CHRISTIANS is a thought-provoking drama not so much about religion but about people, change, and relationships to oneself & others. I’m so lucky to be alongside a cast of such incredible heavy hitters. The reviews have been overwhelmingly positive. Don’t let the title fool you… by @jarednwright
