Following D + J’s ceremony, the celebration moved to the deck for a Fourth of July party filled with all the fun of a summer holiday weekend. A seafood canoe filled with sushi, cocktails, watermelon shots, hot dogs and cheeseburgers set the tone, while lounge areas gave guests a place to settle in and enjoy the afternoon.

Throughout the deck party, guests also filled out song requests for the dueling pianos that would take the stage later during the reception. A playful, interactive detail that gave everyone a chance to have a little say in the party still to come.

Some of the most beautiful weddings are the ones that don’t go exactly as planned.

Rain brought Allie + Sean’s ceremony inside the barn at @4uranchevents creating an intimate beginning to a celebration shared with more than 230 guests. As the weather shifted, the evening unfolded beneath a stunning tent in the meadow overlooking the river.

One of the most meaningful moments came later, when Allie changed into her mother’s restored wedding dress, a beautiful tribute. From a Penn State lacrosse legacy to a dance floor full of energy, every part of this celebration reflected family, tradition + pure joy.
