How a $70 Scallop & Lobster Risotto is supposed to look!

A crater of rich & creamy lemon zested lobster risotto & asparagus, surrounded by a stream of green onion infused olive oil, filled with fresh seared sea scallops, invaded by clarified butter poached Maine Lobster claws & finished with a Beurre Blanc sauce smooth enough to take the edge off! 🦞 #food #art #instafood #foodphotography #yummy taken in The Capital Grille (Fort Lauderdale) by @jarvisthetaurus
