Medal Monday Puffer Ultra Marathon 2026 ✅

What a journey! Forever grateful for this body that moves, friends that motivate and a life that’s worth living!

This was tough, my longest race to date but the support throughout kept me out of the darkness and once again a massive shoutout to @musa_on_trails for getting me through the tough parts, running the last 5km with you and @sabrina.mitchell3110 was the perfect finish.

Thanks @stefan_v_neel for snapping that finish line medal pic. This man deserves a medal himself! He was everywhere on that course.

Who knows where this journey will lead to next but I’m ready for what it has to throw at me🙌 by @jase_c_21

Cogmans 34km Trail Race 2026

Tough, technical and what felt like climbs that would never end but there’s something about pushing the limits that makes me feel alive!

The goal for the day was to have an injury free run and to get a sub6 finish time. I can confirm both goals were achieved🙌🙌 . Even though the cramps had me good from 18k, I still managed an official time of 5:30:21

I still have major work to do but this was a boost of confidence for what the future has in store🙏 by @jase_c_21

Cape Town Marathon Recap

Still not over the buzz of this past weekend but thankfully my body is in a much better place compared to how I felt on Monday 😂

A marathon is a crazy this to do! A constant question running through my mind was “Why am I putting myself through this” in that moment when I am feeling the most uncomfortable.

I try to put my mindset in a place of someone who isn’t able to do this, someone watching from the sidelines who feels inspired, someone who dreams of this and then lastly I think of those who are no longer with us, the ones that would’ve been cheering, our biggest supporters.

Medal Monday CTM Edition 🏅

Official sub4 secured 💪 but it didn’t come easy. Went out too fast ended up in the pain cave from 27km with intense hamstring cramps and had to fight the inner demons to get me to the finish line.

The support on this race always blows me away. To everyone that shouted for me and gave me words of encouragement, I can’t thank you enough. You have no idea what it means to see a familiar face or hearing some words of motivation when it feels like you’re going through the most.

To everyone that ran, whether it was a PB or not you can be proud of yourself. A marathon is not an easy thing to do but I saw so many smiles from runners, though some of it may have been to hide the pain, you finished, you got the medal and you got the job done! by @jase_c_21
