This wasn’t just a feel good film, it was a cultural reset and the fun facts about this movie were endless. Some honourable mentions being:

- Parminder performed all her own football rather than using a body double.
- Director Gurinder Chadha cast many family members as wedding guests and extras in the film. Chadha also made a couple of cameo appearances herself
- The burn scars on Parminder Nagra’s legs are real. She was burned as a child in a fire, and the director wrote the incident into the story.

‘Bend It Like Beckham 2’ is officially in the works. Will you be watching?

🕊️ Stunning, and the 9/11 Memorial & Museum is nearby too

A little recap of my family’s visit to London 🇬🇧

First stop, mini Punjab

My sister is getting married next year so everyone was locked in + we ofc ate enough to last the weekend

The traitors live experience taught me that i’d die from stress if i ever played the real game

But it’s my dads fav show so he was LIVING

London is not for the weak, so naps under the sun were needed

I don’t know who this man is. He could be walking down the street, I wouldn’t know a thing

Who put the glad in gladiator? My mum

We’re a very competitive family, any mention of a game and we’re there
