🦷✨ REAL TALK ABOUT MY DENTAL JOURNEY

I’m 32, and I’m finally putting my dental health FIRST. I’m not trying to have a perfect smile. I’m trying to SAVE THE TEETH I HAVE and take care of them for as long as I can. ❤️

I have Medicaid in Utah, which covers things like fillings, extractions, and certain restorative dental treatments, but my treatment plan still comes with costs and coverage requirements.

I’m getting crowns, bridges, and other work because I want to preserve my natural teeth whenever possible. Crowns can last many years with proper care, and my goal is to keep my smile healthy and beautiful for years to come. 🦷✨

This journey is teaching me that dental health is an investment. The appointments, the procedures, the costs, the healing, and the emotional side of it ALL.

I’m documenting the whole thing because I know I can’t be the only person figuring this out in their 30s.

This isn’t about a perfect smile. It’s about taking care of the smile I have. ❤️🦷

Follow along for the transformation! 👀✨

To everyone who came out today and supported my baby shower plates and the Sips by Jazzy Lemonade Bar thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

Small businesses don’t survive without community, and today you all reminded me that I’m not doing this alone. Every plate you bought, every drink you ordered, every share, every encouraging word, and every piece of constructive feedback means the world to me.

This was one of my first times doing something like this on my own, so thank you for your patience, your grace, your critiques, and most importantly, your love and support. I’m learning, growing, and taking every lesson with me. I promise we’re only going up from here!

✨ Tomorrow I’ll be selling my fresh Sips by Jazzy drinks with a Rice Krispies treat combo for just $5 while supplies last. Come grab one and continue supporting a local Black-owned small business right here in Salt Lake City!

Thank you all again. I appreciate every single one of you. Here’s to bigger and better things! 💛🍋🥤
