When it gets colder, we naturally tend to move less, stay indoors more and change our daily routines, but your lymphatic system still needs movement.

Here are 6 simple ways to support healthy lymphatic flow this autumn and winter 👇

1. KEEP MOVING 🚶‍♀️
Walking, stretching, yoga or a workout all encourage muscle contractions that help move lymph around the body.

2. PRACTISE DEEP BREATHING 🫁
Slow diaphragmatic breathing creates changes in pressure through the chest and abdomen that help support lymph movement.

3. STAY HYDRATED 💧
You might not feel as thirsty when it’s cold, but adequate hydration is still important for normal body and lymphatic function.

4. BREAK UP LONG PERIODS OF SITTING 🧘‍♀️
Cosy sofa season is officially here 😂 — but try getting up regularly, stretching your legs and moving your body throughout the day.

5. TRY GENTLE SELF-MLD 💆‍♀️
When appropriate and taught correctly, gentle self-Manual Lymphatic Drainage techniques can be used to support lymphatic flow.

6. BOOK AN MLD TREATMENT ✨
Professional Manual Lymphatic Drainage uses gentle, rhythmic movements designed to encourage the movement of lymphatic fluid.

Your lymphatic system doesn’t need a winter “detox”, it needs the everyday things that support its normal function. ❄️🤍

Q4 is here and if you’re a massage therapist, MLD practitioner, body contouring professional or wellness business owner, this is NOT the time to disappear from your socials. 👀

Between Black Friday, Christmas, gifting, people wanting to feel their best for events and clients already thinking about their January goals, there are SO many opportunities to get your business seen and generate more bookings and sales.🔥

But that doesn’t mean posting “Appointments available!” every three days and hoping somebody books. 😂

In this FREE 30-minute masterclass, me and Mary are breaking down how to actually use Instagram strategically during Q4.

We’ll cover:👇

-What you should actually be posting during Q4

-The balance between educational, trust-building + sales content

-How to sell your treatments without sounding pushy

-Seasonal content ideas you can use immediately

-How to create urgency around Christmas, Black Friday + end-of-year bookings

You’ll leave with practical ideas you can literally start posting the same week, no complicated strategy, no dancing at the camera and no posting 47 times a day required. 😂

If you want to stop winging your Instagram and make the most of the final months of the year, this one’s for you. 🔥

3 things in the massage therapy world I couldn’t care less about… and neither should you. 👀

1. Having the prettiest treatment room 💅
A beautiful space is lovely, but your clients are paying for your knowledge, technique and results-focused care, not the colour of your cushions. As long as it’s tidy and clean, you’re good to go.

2. What the therapist down the road is charging 💸
Stop building your prices around somebody else’s business. Their training, experience, costs and clients aren’t yours.

3. Knowing 100 different treatments 👀
You don’t need to offer everything. Becoming really knowledgeable in a specialist area can be far more valuable than having a treatment menu three pages long.

Controversial? Maybe. 😂 But therapists can spend WAY too much time worrying about things that don’t necessarily make them better therapists.

The perfect Instagram feed.
The fanciest clinic.
What everyone else charges.
Adding another random treatment because it’s trending.

Meanwhile, the things I DO care about?

✨ Understanding the body
✨ Knowing why you’re using a technique
✨ Recognising contraindications and red flags
✨ Continuing your education
✨ Becoming confident in your specialism
✨ Giving clients professional, appropriate care

Pretty branding can get someone through the door. Your knowledge is what builds trust. 👏

And if MLD, pregnancy and postnatal care is an area you want to understand better, join me for my trainings 🤰✨

Would you feel confident treating a pregnant client… or would you immediately start wondering: 🤰👀

“Is MLD safe?”
“Where can I massage?”
“What should I avoid?”
“What are the red flags?”
“How do I adapt my usual treatment?”

Pregnant client books in… and suddenly everything you know about massage feels different.

You don’t want to do the wrong thing.
You don’t want to take unnecessary risks.
But you also don’t want uncertainty to stop you from supporting an entirely new group of clients.

That’s exactly why I created my Pregnancy MLD Training. 🤍

You’ll learn:
🤰 Prenatal & postnatal MLD
💧 How to support normal pregnancy-related swelling
🚩 Contraindications, precautions & red flags
✨ How to appropriately adapt your techniques
🤍 Postnatal recovery & C-section considerations
💆‍♀️ How to feel more confident treating pregnant clients
💸 How Pregnancy MLD could become an additional specialist income stream for your business

This isn’t about memorising another massage routine.

It’s about understanding WHY, WHEN and HOW to adapt MLD throughout pregnancy and the postnatal journey.

If you’re already an MLD therapist and want to expand your knowledge, your confidence AND the clients you can support, this training is your next step. 🎓✨

Are you doing cavitation and rf…or just hoping for results? 👀

After the incredible response to my Belly Blast technique masterclass at the beauty show in London on Sunday, I’ve had so many messages asking about my cavitation & radiofrequency training.

And because the original date is already SOLD OUT…

I’ve opened ONE MORE date! 🔥

📍 Liverpool
📅 3rd November

This training is for therapists who want to understand how to use cavitation + radiofrequency properly to support:

✨ Inch loss & body contouring
✨ Skin tightening
✨ The appearance of cellulite
✨ More consistent treatment results

Your machine is only one part of the equation.

Consultation. Mapping. Measurements. Correct settings. Technique. Treatment planning.

These are the things that can make a huge difference to how confidently you treat your clients and how consistently you can work towards their goals.

A huge thank you to @zemits_unitedkingdom for trusting me as an ambassador for the last 3 years and for inviting me onto their stand at the beauty show this weekend. 🤍

It was an absolute pleasure to share my knowledge, demonstrate my techniques and meet so many amazing therapists.

And the response was honestly incredible!

So… you asked. I delivered. 😉

📅 3rd November — Liverpool

If you want to join me, or you have questions about the training, DM me “CAVITATION” and I’ll send you all the details.

Spaces are limited.

6 Things to Know About Lymphatic Drainage & C-Section Scar Therapy 🤍

1. Healing comes FIRST ❤️‍🩹
In the early stages after a C-section, the priority is allowing the incision and surrounding tissues to heal. We don’t work directly over an open or incompletely healed incision.

2. MLD can support postnatal swelling 💧
When appropriate, gentle Manual Lymphatic Drainage can support lymphatic flow and help manage normal fluid retention and swelling after pregnancy and birth.

3. MLD and scar therapy are NOT the same thing 💯
Lymphatic drainage focuses on fluid movement, while scar therapy works with the healed scar and surrounding tissues to improve mobility and address tightness or restriction.

4. Your scar can feel tight, numb or sensitive 🤰
As tissues heal, some women notice pulling, sensitivity, altered sensation or tightness around their C-section scar. Recovery can look different for everyone.

5. Scar work should only begin when it’s appropriate
Hands-on scar techniques should wait until the incision is completely closed and healed, with no scabs, openings or signs of infection, and should follow guidance from the client’s healthcare team. If there are no complications we can start with the scar work 8 weeks after the c- section.

6. A C-section scar can continue changing for MONTHS ✨
Scar maturation is a gradual process. Its colour, texture, sensitivity and mobility can continue to change long after the initial incision has healed. Believe it or not, it takes 2 years for the scar to mature, and even then is not the end of the road.

I don’t really care about your before & after pics

Sounds controversial, right? 😂

Of course, seeing the body look more sculpted is amazing. But if that is your goal, i would recommend sculpting treatment.

Snatched belly, it is a BONUS of course!

For me, lymphatic drainage is about so much more.

✨ Supporting your lymphatic system
✨ Helping you feel less bloated and puffy
✨ Supporting healthy fluid movement
✨ Helping you feel lighter
✨ Encouraging relaxation and nervous-system downregulation
✨ Supporting your body during recovery (in the post op cases)

I care about how you FEEL, not just how you look.

The before & after is nice…but feeling lighter, less bloated and more comfortable in your body?

That’s the real win.

And THAT is why I love lymphatic drainage.💕

If you wish your clients to feel the same way. Dm me to find out more about the next training course .
