Your energy is rising. This is the BEST time to brainstorm, plan and batch create content, start projects and try new things.

✨ Ovulation Phase
Your confidence is at its peak. Schedule your presentations, networking events, meetings and anything where you need to shine.

🍝 Luteal Phase
Your body wants comfort and nourishment. This is your foodie era. Go to your favorite restaurants, cook cozy meals and start slowing things down.

🛌 Menstrual Phase
This is your sacred reset. Rest, reflect, journal, binge watch your shows and allow your body to restore.

Once you start living this way, everything changes. Our grandmothers and mothers didn’t teach us this, but I’m so glad we have this information now and I’m so happy to teach you ALL about it!

This Women’s History Month, I’ve been thinking a lot about the women who came before me. The women in my bloodline who trusted plants, believed in natural healing, and inspired me to create @kittycoowellness 🌸

I literally get chills when I think about how I come from a long line of women who toiled the soil, sustained generations with their gardens and believed in the healing power of plants. Women who understood herbs, trusted nature, and used what came from the earth to take care of themselves, their families, and their communities. So being able to carry that energy forward through Kitty Coo is something that means THE WORLD!

It’s such a beautiful thing to be a woman, and I hate that we don’t talk about it enough! There’s so much about our bodies, our cycles, our hormones, our pH balance, our pleasure, and all the little idiosyncrasies that come with being a woman that have been treated like they’re too taboo to talk about AND IT ENDS WITH ME!

So when I created Kitty Coo Wellness, I wanted it to be a space where women could actually learn about their bodies, take care of themselves naturally, and feel confident doing it. A place where healing feels fun, plant-powered wellness feels approachable, and we can have the conversations that we should’ve BEEN having all along OKAY?!

We gotta be cycle syncing with what we drink!! Ya’ll be asking me how I know WHAT to eat and drink during each phase of my cycle… BABY I CAN TEACH YOU! 😭🌿💕 This is literally my laneeee! I don’t just randomly be drinking this stuff either 😂 I’ve learned how to cycle sync my nutrition and intentionally switch up the plants, fruits, vegetables and herbs I’m incorporating depending on what phase of my menstrual cycle I’m in.

Because once I really started learning my cycle, it changed the GAME for me. 🩸Your menstrual phase, follicular phase, ovulatory phase and luteal phase all come with different shifts in your body, energy, appetite and how you may FEEL. So instead of waiting until your period comes and trying to figure out why you feel like you done got hit by a BUS 😭, I’m big on nourishing myself throughout the WHOLE cycle.
