When @fortnums tell you they want to make a nine window gallery style display with your all of your wine label artwork you *find a way* to scale it!

So so pleased and proud, it looks incredible. Head down to Duke Street this Autumn to see these ✨ iconic ✨ windows celebrating the launch of the new own brand wine range.

Hats off to @fortnums for such a beautiful display 🩵 all of the wines are now in store on shelves! taken in Fortnum and Mason London by @jasminehortop

I have 🥂 ! NEWS !🥂

There is a very special window display at 181 Piccadilly, W1 today… announcing the launch of the new @fortnums Piccadilly House own-label wine range - the collaboration I am so excited to finally share - as I have illustrated all 21 wine labels!🍷

The first label reveal has to be this new white, English Coastal, sourced from @camelvalleyvineyard here in Cornwall 💙 I drew this in my van on a very crisp November day, looking over a stunning blue ocean below (which incredibly is what I’m doing as I share this now too) and now that illustration is in my first ever major window display and even more so, of one of the most iconic department stores in the world 😍

A huge thank you to @edwina_watson and the team at @fortnums for the trust with this incredible project, @amphoradesign for the magnificent art direction, and my absolutely wonderful and supportive agents @timbojhiggins and @birdseyeview88.

The summer range is on the shelves now - run don’t walk my friends 💙 taken in Fortnum & Mason, London by @jasminehortop

😍 Super excited to share this new work for @wwf @world_wildlife ! 🐼

Printed in the @world_wildlife magazine winter issue, this editorial illustration accompanied a feature titled Ripple Effect, which celebrated the 30th anniversary of WWF’s Education For Nature program.

The illustration sought to highlight the program’s impact on the alumni and conservation in their home countries. The article reads how the education of one can reverberate into long lasting legacies that grow real impact in these areas.

How dreamy to get to incorporate all the fluidity of water that I love to draw, with scenes of conservation action. Dreams do come true 🌱

If you’re interested to read more, you’ll find the web version of the story on the WWF website, link in bio.

It was wonderful to work with the WWF US World Wildlife team on this project, many thanks to my agent @timbojhiggins too ☺️

Loose and playful for @fortnums. I just love how this one looks on a shelf. 🍷

I love getting to spend time with clients in person, and this project was such a joyful, collaborative design process. The opportunity to taste each wine with @amphoradesign and the Fortnum’s team sparked an idea around each wine’s style, origin or personality, which I then went away and developed into sketches and then the illustrations for each label.

The Dão Tinto is a field blend which is a mix of grape varieties mixed together, and this was the spark for the abstract interpretation of a contemporary, new-wave Portuguese red from this family-owned winery, established in 1842.

And.. we are SHORTLISTED for the @worldillustrationawards! 🥹

From 5000 project entries worldwide, it is special enough to have made the long list, but today the shortlist has been announced, and the It starts with water mural with @frank_water_charity @ifnotnowagency @upfest - the first water activated mural in the UK - is one of just 10 incredible projects globally in the Professional / Site specific category. I’m chuffed to bits!

Now we wait for the awards ceremony in September 🤞 by @jasminehortop

Pow pow mural in a day!

Lovely weekend back painting in a field, and a first time at @rockoysterfestival making magic next to superstar mural neighbour @lisa_made_it, where we painted and finished our murals in one sunny day 🌞

Have had this as a loose idea down as a sketch for a few years, and so super fun to bring it to life here! Thanks to my super pals @sarahstones_ @alice_dehaan91 @indiaarosee for all giving me a hand over the day, helping my poorly hips and meaning we could deliver a little more pazazz too.

Lovely lovely Cornwall festival, thanks @rockoysterfestival @roxybater for having me 🌺 ❤️

Phone free adventures 🕊️

Unravelling my phone from every day tasks this year has been a challenge, but if it lets me leave my phone at home more for days like this then it’s been well worth doing.

Other challenging things:
1. Saying seashores of shallow seas
2. Finishing the reno of my back door 🥱 taken in St Mary's by @jasminehortop

I’ve had a lot more time both cycling, and on public transport this year, and I’ve been in my sketchbook a lot more for it. Some slightly intimate feeling sketches from the ferry as a foot passenger from Roscoff - Plymouth this week.

I’ve been loving using coloured paper in my sketchbooks both for a non white background but also as a frame! taken in Brittany Ferries - Roscoff. by @jasminehortop

'Shark pups show the way'
Far out in the Pacific Ocean lies Mo'orea, an island set in a sprawling tapestry of five archipelagos in French Polynesia. Ash-grey volcanic tips, lush green foliage and white sandy beaches give way to flourishing coral reefs that encircle the island.
Travelling across seas in 2023, Ocean Storytelling Writing Grant Winner @dimuthudca documented the work of researchers in the lagoon lab where Dr @rummerjodie heads the @physioshark project. A collaboration between @jamescookuniversity and CRIOBE, this interdisciplinary research project is investigating how blacktip reef sharks might survive climate change in the world's largest shark sanctuary.

'Shark pups show the way' is now on our website and featured in the Save Our Seas Magazine.

DELIGHTED to share the It starts with water mural - the first water activated mural in the UK - has been long listed for the World Illustration Awards 2026 in the Site Specific professional category.

Designed to celebrate World Water Day, and with World Ocean Day this week too, a perfect reminder that it all starts with water - from rising sea levels to floods and droughts, it’s all connected.

It was really fantastic to work with @ifnotnowagency and @upfest to bring this message from @frank_water_charity to the city centre streets of Bristol, Cabot Circus, with a first project of its kind. Frank Water are doing the real work - from water projects on the ground to calling for systemic change. Thank you @theaoi @worldillustrationawards @dirillustration for highlighting this project.

A huge thanks to Frank Water and If Not Now for getting me involved in this project, and the support from Upfest and @cabotcircus throughout, plus of course my two amazing assistants @kirsty.artspace and @melomurals.

From 4500 entries to 500 worldwide - boom. Now the wait is on to see if we make the shortlist 🤞

Enjoying long lunches into evenings with girlfriends and my illustrated Pinot Grigio for @fortnums..

Transporting you over to Northern Italy where I was inspired by the steep green hillscapes around the Fattori families home near Verona, and of course (!) a dash of romance, with a Romeo & Juliet esque balcony.

The Fattori estate brings generations of family viticulture, and progressive sustainable farming approaches, and as the rest of this carefully selected range, another wine I’m very proud to have illustrated.
