I finished my first marathon in 4:56 - achieving my goal of a sub 5 hours! There were over 50 HILLS throughout the Nashville course, it was unbelievable… Your mind really has to push the body through every difficult mile to the end.. Wow! I DID IT! OFFICIALLY A MARATHONER🎖️

This year has been all about thriving ✨

It’s not always easy to skip the drinks when everyone around you is drinking, it’s not always easy to stick to a healthy diet, it’s not always easy to go to sleep early on a Friday night bc you have a long run Saturday morning…. But it sure is easy to feel so proud of yourself when you hit a goal you know you worked hard for! Set a goal, and go chase it!

I completed my second Hyrox competition 9 minutes faster than my first! Looking back where I started on my fitness journey this year to where I am now is insane!! Consistency, discipline & never giving up! Hyrox workouts are hard! 🙈 by @jasmineodutton

Normalize moms chasing fitness goals 🫶
HYROX DC! My second competition, my first Women’s Open Solo. 8km of running, 8 brutal stations, I did that! I love a good challenge and seeing what I’m capable of- and this competition was HARD. So much training went into this!
Shoutout to all the moms I met over the weekend who inspired me to keep showing up!

HYROX Washington, DC! Months of training for this one day.
Months of building my endurance, getting stronger, improving my weaknesses, & staying consistent! The finish line is the reward! I am so excited to be a part of this competition!

I’ve learned that every fitness journey has little moments that spark something new—a race, a goal, a challenge that makes you want to see what else you’re capable of! ✨

My #1 goal this year: Become the best version of myself

Consistency. Discipline. Belief in yourself.
HYROX taught me that growth happens when you’re willing to get uncomfortable. Do all the hard things & watch your life evolve! Every early morning, every social event you decline to stay focused, every long workout, every moment you want to quit.. it all becomes an opportunity to find out what you are capable of. Let’s go!!

Back to training for my next Hyrox in Washington, DC!
