This is week two of doing these, week one I had to go super easy on these. Glad I can start pushing harder now. Follow my journey to becoming the best dunker I can be! #verticaljump #dunk #journey #training #inspirational by @jason.chieu

Couldn’t get a new PR or even tie it on my deload jump session. Just gotta keep stacking the training until I do break through #verticaljump #dunk #journey #progress #jump by @jason.chieu

Crazy journey so far. What dunk do you think you can land next on 9FT? #verticaljump #dunk #journey #transformation #progress by @jason.chieu

Let’s go!! 2 PR’s in one day! Powerclean went way better than expected. I had a small back flare up 4 days before this so I was scared coming into powercleans and back squats. Luckily I healed in time and stronger than ever. Excited to see what I will test on the jump day #journey #verticaljump #powerclean #lifting #Pr by @jason.chieu

These type of sessions are frustrating because I was just touching 10’10 a couple weeks ago. Finally on deload week 🙏 #verticaljump #journey #dunk #jumptraining #progress by @jason.chieu

Short dunk mix from this session. Had to use the Black Clover theme since the new season is coming out this Saturday! #verticaljump #dunk #blackclover #dunkmix #viral by @jason.chieu
