I created this time lapse to show the whole process, from start to finish, for one of my favorite runs on our 'Savages Only' Thompson Pass trip. It starts with a high stakes 'Sled Bump' up Hoodoo Mountain. A local sledder shot me up around 1,500 vertical ft on his snow mobile, hitting 50+ MPH during our Ascent. We got most of the way to the top, but if we'd gone any further it would have been too steep to dismount off the Sled. So I boot packed the remaining 200 ft of vert, to reach the summit. From the summit I made a quick rider's left traverse, to reach the steepest line on offer. But the entry to this Couloir was all jagged and exposed rock, so I strapped my snowboard to my backpack and rock climbed down around 100 ft, to reach the untapped Pow below. This run was steep enough that I could really lay into my powder carves without losing any speed. Around a 45 degree slope. I've been waiting all winter to ride a line like this one. 😎 by @jason_marcil1

2025 Alaska Trip—We went Heli Riding in the Chugach Range, after which we explored the Thompson Pass area via Split Boards and Snow Mobiles. I can't wait to be back in this zone! by @jason_marcil1
This summer I was blessed with so many of my best friends traveling out to visit me in the Mentawais. I made so many amazing new friends as well. I really couldn't have asked for a better roster of guests this season. Our surf team grows stronger every year! I'm also grateful for the epic run of swell, light winds, and all the 'lucky' sessions we scored over these past few months. Here are a few of my best barrel clips, turns, and wipeouts of the 2025 season, onboard Wild Cat. 🎥 @nisohollywood 🎥 @hafandy5762 by @jason_marcil1
