YEAR 4 OF THE BEST 4 YEARS OF MY LIFE! THANK YOU ALL FOR THE MEMORIES!

I'm not gonna say a bunch because I'll start crying, but I wanna give a few shoutouts.

In Phi Mu Alpha ( @pma_umiami ) I've gotten to be a dad three times over as well as a grandpa, and I've gotten so much more out of this experience than I ever thought I would joining a music fraternity. It's been the pleasure of a lifetime to serve as your Music Director (and more) for the past two years, and it genuinely makes me sad that I won't be seeing all of you daily anymore. Looking forward to seeing you all take the fraternity to new heights! ❤️🖤💛

In @biscaydence this year, we had some of the best moments I've ever had in the group. Being a Music Director has been truly the rewarding experience I always hoped it would be, and I leave the group feeling like I had a positive impact on the music, the singing, and the culture, and for that I am very proud and also grateful for everyone's support. You all have meant the world to me and I cannot wait to see what you continue to accomplish! 💙🤍

Finally, I thought for a long time I would be single for a while because I just had no desire to get into a relationship at all throughout college. That changed when I spent some time with @sara_w_dee in Italy last Summer, and I saw in her someone who I was so unbelievably drawn to in every way, which is a feeling I've never had before in my entire life, so I knew it was something special. Long story short, we just celebrated nine months together this weekend, and it's only one of many many anniversaries I plan on celebrating with her throughout our lives. Sara I love you more than I can even attempt to put into words and I'm so proud to call you my girlfriend, and I always will be. ❤️❤️❤️

"Leave Without Me - Demo" is out tomorrow, May 31, everywhere.

As the sun sets on what have been without a doubt the best four years of my life, I share with you my most raw attempt to capture the feeling of what it's like to have to leave everything I've loved so much.

I wrote this song in about 10 minutes and then immediately recorded this demo on my phone, so by the time the recording was done, the song wasn't even 20 minutes old. I tried rerecording it but nothing captured the same emotions I was able to grab at that night when I was feeling particularly tired and not ready to leave just yet.

I hope my fellow graduates can relate in some way and I hope anyone who's not can get a glimpse into what we're all going through during this time.

Feel free to come on out to my culminating show where I'll be joined by 42 of my greatest friends and peers with the goal of having as much fun as possible and sharing the joys of music as much as we're able to with as many people as possible. You'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll sing along, you'll have a good time, and most importantly, you will eat pizza.

It will be a long show so hold onto your hats, but if you're free, you'll regret missing even a single second of it! I can't believe it's here already but we're all just trying to make the most of the time we have, and now's my chance to show you all the ways I've made the most of my 4 years here. This was just a fun summer project of writing and recording a bunch of acoustic songs with more focus on the songwriting than the production, which was definitely a challenge for me. Feel free to give it a listen when it comes out!

Late semester post! 6/8 complete!

I always write too much in these so I'll keep it shorter this time. First of all I'm really sorry about the many many people I care so much about who I did not have the space to tag here. I promise that if I spent time with you at all this semester I really appreciate you!

Thank you @pma_umiami (Phi Mu Alpha) for another incredible semester. Our concerts were some of the most fun I've ever had playing live music and the Spring '25 class of new brothers did not disappoint either! Shoutout @benjamintanner_ for being my second son, and here's to number 3 next semester! Also thanks @asher_lurie for being the best president anyone could've ever imagined. I'm truly inspired by you daily. Love y'all, thanks for being my people as always. ♥️🖤💛

Thanks @biscaydence for another incredible year in the books! Thanks for trusting me with arrangements and thanks everyone for being so awesome and for making this year's ICCA set extremely special. 11th place in the world is not bad at all! I'm super grateful to be able to be one of the MDs this coming year and I'm excited to see what it has to offer!! 💙🤍

Shoutout @cheesecakedaband for being so silly and so amazing. It's hard to not have an absolutely incredible time while playing with Cheesecake, and I'm so grateful we got to share our music and performances with not only Miami but also Boston this summer. Thanks @russellhornung for everything. Couldn't have done it without you!

Thanks @frostchoralstudies for the chance to go to Italy and sing in some of the best venues they ever made! Truly a transformative experience I'll never forget.

Thank you to the members of Justin Tonation (@jacobious__ @soganlandefur @isaac_tiu ) for making my dream of competing with a barbershop quartet come true. It may have only been a few weeks of our time but it was years in the making for me and I couldn't be more appreciative. (And this won't be the last UM has seen of barbershop...)

So much love! What a great year! I can't believe there's only one left! I'm already starting to miss all of you! (Maybe I'll book my homecoming flight for 2026 now) (also sorry this definitely wasn't shorter lol) by @jasonfieler
