3 years ago today we wheeled @corrigraves to the operating room for what the surgeon called a “radical double mastectomy” to make sure all of the #breastcancer cells were removed from her body. This was one of most terrifying and difficult days for everyone in our family. After a year of chemotherapy, radiation and multiple surgeries she entered full remission. Now 3 years later, by God’s grace, she danced with our oldest son @benagraves at his wedding. Her hair has grown back, and she is more beautiful than ever! Her body still wears the battle scars that remind us every day how painful 2018 was and how blessed we are to still have her in our lives. I know cancer has dealt many devastating blows to so many of us. For those currently battling - may God strengthen, encourage and heal you. For those who have lost loved ones… may God comfort you. We stand with you and thank all of you for standing with us. @corrigraves we celebrate you today, and I love you more than you will ever know! by @jasongraves
