Officially taking clients for my Feldenkrais practice.

4 years is a long time of study and I've changed a lot since then. I love how this practice calls on us to look inwards, towards our process and rhythm, and how that basis of self-awareness is the grounds for meaningful connection. I've met some of the most amazing, sensitive, and curious people along the way too 🥲.

Feldenkrais helped me trust my body and my voice, to really believe in my potential and my inherent vitality as a creator of things. It gave me the confidence on a felt, visceral level to let go of many unuseful ideas about myself and how I needed to be. No more hip or knee pain, a left arm that actually enjoys moving, and just a more subtle, powerful presence in the me that moves through this world.

my body be dancing these steps to the sounds in the music that my conscious brain isn't even aware of. I look back at these videos and I'm like "oh ok body you heard that part and u decided it was a move". Sometimes I'll watch and be like Jason why didn't u catch that snare and then next watch around I realize oh body decided to dance on Nick's inhale got it go itt. Polyrhythms lite? by @jasonmvu
