Kalimera!
(Good morning)
Went out last night for a few drinkypoos. Listened to a Greek singer belting out all the hits.
It was different to say the least .
Rolled in about 1am, sat on the balcony with the trophy wife eating the world’s biggest gyros.
Up at 8 this morning to golden sunshine and a beautiful 23’ temp , gonna be a corker.
Had breakfast, now I’m off in gym to move about a bit before I lay on the sunbed all day getting my belly brown.
Peace out.

Here we go!!
First practical gym floor session tucked away.
Was a bit nervous going into it as wasn’t sure what to expect but was soon put at ease.
Good bunch of fellow students, we’re all in the same boat so we’re all learning from each other.
Got paired up with a guy who absolutely knows his stuff so I’m a lucky boy.
L2 gym instructor pending.
Watch this space…
Thankyou @sportsabilityfe for everything today, a fantastic venue to learn in, too.

Too hot!
Started off alright but I couldn’t outrun the sun!
Got a mile and a bit under the belt and then BOOM, HERE COMES THE HOT STUFF..
Slowed right down and glided gracefully home rather than the usual buffalo on acid running style I usually have..
4.5 miles more than I’d have done on the couch so happy (hot) days. taken in Kingston upon Hull by @jasonpowdrell
