On a personal note, this photoshoot took place just a week after the passing of my father on Feb 3rd. While it was & still is a tough time for me, being on set with such a light-hearted, kind, creative and inspiring group of people reminded me of how full of light the world is and how grateful I am to do what I love. I don’t need to explain the heaviness of last year to anyone here. What I will say is somehow this shoot captured a lightness of spirit & a promise of what is still to come that is so hopeful. Definitely one of my favorite shoots of all time & can’t wait for more like this.
