The Carpenter
A baby was born in a small corner of a small house, in the greatest kingdom ever known.
The child grew but was often mocked by the other children because he spent his time, touching the trees and listening to their stories. His mother was kind and wise up enough to let him be.
One day he carved a tool for his mother. It was just what she needed and no more. Soon he had crafted things for all the townsfolk and they were just what they needed and no more.
The King on hearing of the carpenter, as that what he was called his name only remembered by his mother, summoned him to his palace.
“I want you to make me the most wonderful object for a king’s possessions must surpass his subjects.”
The carpenter said, “but your highness, I can only make what a person needs and no more.”
The king enraged said, “You will make something for me or you will make nothing.”

Encounter

A goddess formed from flesh.
She moved with the softness
of a dream, filling the air with
the fragrance of cherished
memories.
A glance of her perfection
was worth the eternal pain
of knowing she would
never be mine.

Thanks a million for reading.

Rain Drops

Do not care about the rain,
but for who is by your side.
Do no care about the pain,
for all pain subsides.

Snow Blossoms

Snowflakes to cherry blossoms,
not even the warm spring winds
can breathe life back into a
dead relationship.
All you can hope for is
a beautiful end.

Anyone who wants you to feel bad because they feel bad, doesn’t care for you.
