Playing Raquetteball I remembered - you are solely responsible for the projection/ trajectory of your energy. Take responsibility of your own actions, set yourself up for success. Why scramble when you can strategize. Sending you grace and positivity 🙌🏽 by @jasons.frequency

This summer I am reconnecting with my body - I was flowing through what felt like a washed out routine. I felt like I had hit a wall and sat there for a while…

With time and reflection the towering wall began to feel like a hurdle - I leapt over and fell - this time I didn’t cry, I didn’t give up, I no longer felt frustrated, rather…

I got up and reminded myself that the love and respect I show myself today will reflect a happier and more fulfilled version of myself tomorrow. It’s okay to take a break, it’s okay to start over.

Sending you love - I’m proud of you :) taken in Black Swan Yoga Dallas by @jasons.frequency
