As bad as some parts of 2020 were I honestly believe it was actually a great year because we all got the time to slow down and gain more perspective on what really matters in life.

I was personally burnt out from juggling both my job as a real estate agent and Instagram food and travel influencer. I felt like there just weren’t enough hours in the day and didn’t have time for so many of the things that bring me joy in life like the gym and hanging out with my friends and family.

Living in NYC everything moves fast and I didn’t realize how much not creating balance for those things affected my overall health and happiness. Quarantine gave me time to pick up yoga, make meditations a more daily routine and just time to think about all of the things that I’m grateful for in my life.

I also recommitted to focus more on my real estate career that I’d lost focus on while having fun with photography and the whole influencer world.

Fast forward 6 months and I’m living in a beautiful new penthouse in Brooklyn, working for a new firm with one of the top brokers in the country and hosting my own food and real estate show. I’m grateful that 2020 gave us all time to evolve and grow and can’t wait to see what this new year has in store. Wishing everyone a happy and healthy 2021, I think it’s going to be an amazing year! 🙌🏻💯 taken in New York, New York by @jasonsnyc
