objects close to the eye are not always the most visible. we have to first peer through a kind of window of chance before they "appear". things once seen can then be purposefully revisited or at least stored in "memory" for "the future" -- some of the more impactful encounters tend to happen when objects are purposefully _arranged_ in a manner that alludes to some understanding of the phenomenon. true,..it's a feeling, not a fact,..but the fact materializes in the Effect within your Contemplation. i see this a lot at the farms and villages around here. yes, things are sometimes haphazardly tossed aside or naturally "fall apart" and Wither in a *random* fashion, but then there remains the magic that is the personal private untouchable Reality of what must be a kind of shared moment between you and the sudden appearance of an object, place or scene in Your reality. oops, now the cup is empty. if this doesn't makes sense then just know that "tomorrow" never comes, and you can feel slightly more at Ease having understood this phenomenon for most of your life.. because tomorrow is every day that hasn't seen a sunrise and therefore is not a day at all. all attempts to make tomorrow into a day simply result in todays which were vigorously discussed... yesterday.. ok, nevermind. just think of kittens with a ball of yarn by @jasonswe

storyteller lost an arm but gained a tale -- one of my fav hills at the old place -- also a quick post to say i have begun to realize the literal flood of AI-created or -enhanced photos and videos (anticipated). AI-powered plugins/apps inside popular photo-editing software are already a thing (in case you hadn't heard). A while back I shared some dabbling with a VERY early version of Midjourney AI Art generator just for fun.Midjourney is leaps and bounds more advanced in the present than back then. Anyway, I wanted to say that I will be forthcoming if I use _any_ AI-powered enhancing or creation tool in this feed. I wantcto put this warning out in these early stages because this is about to be a major development in more ways than are immediately apparent. Everything here is straight from my camera and imagination. Layered photos are also 2x exposures from said camera. I still don't own/use photo-editors either mostly because I just post here. This explanation was prompted by a scary post by one the scientific nature accounts I follow, who claim (with examples) that many people are starting to send AI-enhanced (or even -generated) shots of wildlife to such scientific image collection orgs. A few were very hard to tell from actual shots. AI is a complex WORLD of tools and not all of these tools remove the burden and joy of Actual human creation (so we have to begin to Understand this NOW before it becomes a cloud of confusion). Because I understand the Power of these tools to deceive I will always tell you if I use them, or use programs that make use of it--no matter the form of art I share. -- that said, i Highly Highly Highly..recommend you educate yourselves on various forms of AI entering the world as we speak. This is DEFINITELY a subject you do not want to fall behind on, esp in a tumultuous period. This tech will only Grow Exponentially in popularity. I see the speed this evolution at my job in security briefings. It boggles the mind. I Advise you to get a book or some other good documentation that explains the various TYPES of AI, the uses and the Computing Power they use. These are still the early stages but I anticipate drastic change sooner than later by @jasonswe

tinder fungus,.. the portable fire...and a ward to prevent it,... among other needful things through time. it probably also helped take the head off this tall birch, of which the rest is standing and riddled with these fungal "hooves". just a stone in fading daylight -- but this particular stone is part of a very old enclosure "wall" (or row of piled up stones) at Hagen. this whole area is carpeted with moss and old trees which keep it in a soft green-tinted shade. it's quite peaceful in here, so when i visit i have to sit here for a bit and imagine a "simpler" time. despite there being a tractor path beside this particular wall, i don't think anyone walks through this little field so often. and although a somewhat common occurence on farms with these enclosures, there's even some old rusted equipment buried in the wall. i like the light in a very dense mossy area like this. i probably could've upped the exposure but it would ruin the feel by @jasonswe
