Last night was one of those moments that stays with you forever.
Jass Lounge was officially crowned Best Live Music Bar 2025 at the Time Out Dubai Nightlife Awards — and standing there, holding that trophy, felt like every late night, every rehearsal, every risk, every idea, every doubt, and every dream finally came together.

This award isn’t just ours.
It belongs to every musician who stepped onto our stage and gave their heart.
It belongs to every guest who filled the room with energy, clapped, danced, and believed in what we do.
It belongs to the team who works silently, passionately, and tirelessly behind the scenes — from planning to lights to sound to service — all so every night feels magical.

Jass Lounge started as a vision:
A small room where music is respected, stories are shared, and artists get to shine.
Last night proved that the vision grew into something much bigger — a community, a home, a heartbeat in the city.

Some songs were never meant for a playlist. 🇮🇹

Volare. Caruso. Il cielo in una stanza. Quando, quando, quando. Sung live, a few feet from your table, by a voice that grew up with them.

On Wednesday 21 October, Arianna Bianchi brings La Dolce Vita back to Jass for the third edition of Italian Night. There are two sets of Italian music, from Paolo Conte to Lucio Dalla, with a little Gershwin in between.

There’s one seating. Nobody moves you on. The night is yours from the first song to the encore.

The last Wednesday of August, this room spoke Italian.
Nobody wanted the last set to end. People asked when we were doing it again.

Wednesday 30 September. We are doing it again.
@ari_bnc Italian born, more than twenty years on stage, from television and live stages in Italy to Europe and the US. Jazz, soul, lounge, and the Italian classics, a repertoire in five languages. She lives in this city now, and this is the room she chose to sing them in.

Two sets: 9:00 and 10:45. One seating, which means the table is yours from the moment you sit down to the last note. Nobody turns it over at eleven. Nobody moves you on.

If you were here in August, you already know. If you were not, this is the one.

Some voices are too big for a room this size. Last week, one of them performed here anyway.
Daymé Arocena. Latin Grammy nominated, twice nominated for a Grammy, a voice critics have placed somewhere between Celia Cruz and Aretha Franklin.
200 thousand people listen to her every month.
She performed at Jass twice in one night, to forty-five seats.
That is what this place is for.
We call Jass the House of Music in Dubai, and this is what we mean by it, artists of this calibre, in a room small enough that you hear her breathe between phrases. Not a stadium. Not a screen. A room.

Tomorrow she performs for the last time in the UAE. One seating, two full sets, and then she goes.
